Customer service really bad

I ordered one bike that was good. So I ordered two more. One of them ended up in Denmark which is far from where I live and it took me a lot of emails before they owned up to their mistake. The other one came quite unhinged. And for half a year now, I have been whatsapping with their customer service and they are slow, keep asking me dumb questions that makes me have to explain the problems all over again. They keep assuring that they will take responsibility but I am SOOOOOOOOO annoyed right now. Because they don't. It is a shame, because in essence they have a lovely bike that, if properly put together, if fun to ride with.

I have been trying to get help…

I have been trying to get help installed the back rack fro the Libon. It did not coming with any bolts and I cannot attach it to the frame. I have been emailing support but they keep sending me a video which I have seen and understandm but I don't have the proper bolts.

PVY Z20 PLUS/ VERY HONEST COMPANY

PVY Z20 PLUS/ VERY HONEST COMPANY second one I have purchased from PVY. Tried to buy the bike at Christmas whilst PVY had a discounted price on offer. Due to web site mal function, I could not complete the purchase in time and by the time I was able to buy on line the discounted offer had finished! I still purchased the bike at the full price but sent an email to PVY informing them that I thought it was unfair that I had missed out on the discount and asking them to credit me 330 euros on the full price order that was soon to be delivered. I was not thinking to hear from them but they got back to me and organised a credit honouring me the discounted price. I thought this was amazing service.
PRODUCT/ I love the bike for its extra power, climbing the hills easily near my home!. Delivery was perfect, assembly easy.
SUGGESTIONS/IMPROVEMENTS 1/turning indicator light switch should have a warning light that flashes or makes a noise when indictor is working. It is easy to leave it on by mistake. 2/ battery key placement is very awkwardly positioned under the battery, difficult to insert the key as you can not see the key hole. 3/ official site for assembly instructions. I think PVY should have on their company web site an official well made video section, in multi languages, showing clients how to assemble the bike. This would ensure correct assembly and less stress looking for 3rd party assistance videos on You Tube. It should be a PVY video.

Cool and fun e-bike


Firstly, I was surprised by the size of the bike, much bigger than it seemed in the various videos I saw.
Excellent driving experience, intuitive to use aids and gears. Excellent behavior from the hydraulic brakes, with grip from the tires, whether on land or asphalt. In terms of engine, it complies with the locked system, and unlocked it's fun guaranteed, with the trotlle it's super fun giving the full sensation of driving a motorcycle. Quite comfortable in terms of seat and suspensions. In terms of battery and duration, I'm still doing tests, but it promises good autonomy. In terms of folding the vehicle and storing it in a car, it is truly fantastic.

Most of the bike was already put together great just minor detail needs sorting but thanks ie a part missing, puncture, and scratch on handle bars and still can't unlock it to go faster.

An all rounder with great tech

After so much of reading online reviews and YouTube videos, finally ordered PVY Libon. The main reasons for this choice is that i needed a folding ebike that offers good mileage per charge and powerful motor. Not a fan of cadence sensor so PVY works great on that front with a wonderful torque sensor. I wasn't particular about chain or belt, but it comes with belt drive and that is so so free from clutter that usually the chain involves. Ride is very nice with ample pick up, which surprised me. It easily takes you to top speed of 25km (legal limit in the UK) within seconds. The only limitation is if you want to speed up the pedal ghosts and makes it difficult to surpass 25km even with manual effort. I haven't tried unlocking but the int'l version leta unlock the motor to achieve 500w high speeds of more than 25km. The bike is small enough to fit in the boot of a car when folded and can easily carried on a tube if one wants. Battery has enough juice for long rides. I went for dual batteries and it gave me around 90km on both batteries together, on a road with a mix of flat and slopes - which is really good in my opinion.

Overall, a great bike and I would heartily recommend.

I will be brief because I am so angry that I might say something I shouldn't, I bought this bike with double battery, I spent 1500€ after a few days the bike started to have a maximum charge lower and lower, 99%,97%,96. The battery drains quickly, after 18 kilometers the battery reaches almost 60% do the math and you will find that the bike will never do the distance that is promised, not even close. After about a week the bicycle at the point where it bends started to spark, I'm afraid that any moment the bike might catch fire, I asked for a refund and they asked for 300€ more to give it back. I am so angry.

Battery problems + bad customer service

Ordered the PVY20 MAX and immediately noticed that after around 30km the battery needed to be recharged. Did this and after even less kilometers, the same issue.
Contacter customer service, who asked me to check the settings in the bike computer. They were normal.
After they asked me to check the voltage directly on the battery with a Volt meter.
Complied with that too and the meter showed the output was too high. This explains the quick draining of the battery.

Provided PVY with the video, but instead of taking responsibility and helping the customer, they claimed the Volt-meter might just not he working right and asked me to go to an electrician to do the same test. Cause when the output isn't correct, the bike will not work proparly.
When I stated that it's not up to the customer to pay for this type of research when it's a new bike, I got a completely different answer.
All of a sudden they stated that the range of the bike in electric mode is 50-80km and that if thou battery output of the bike isn't correct the bike wouldn't start.
And to finish off they added that it might just be 'my psychological expectations' that might be different so therefore I have this unpleasant experience.

PVY looks like a decent bike company and the bikes as well seem of good quality.
The bike is indeed sturdy and is fun to ride with. It is not expensive for an electric bike either.
But know that if you have any problem whatsoever, PVY will NOT assist and you as a customer will be left to deal with it yourself.

That in my opinion is not worth spending a little less money. You might end up with no working electric bike in the end.
Order a bike with established brands like Cube, Canyon, Engwie, etc!

Excellent bike, excellent service

The bike (Z20 plus 1000) is great, a fab & fast way to commute.
The communications and assistance from the team during the buying and delivery, were excellent. A minor issue with the courier was rectified immediately.

Fast and Fun - PVY Z20 Plus 10000W

PVY Z20 Plus 1000W

This is hands down the best e-bike I've ever owned. It's incredibly robust, with excellent suspension and amazing brakes, but the real highlight is how FAST AND FUN IT IS :D

The bike easily reaches speeds of up to 45 km/h even with a full load, and it delivers an impressive range of 40–50 km on FULL throttle without pedal assist. Simply incredible!

I also appreciate the attention to detail, like the CE certification stickers, which amusingly claim it's a 250W bike, though in unlocked mode, it’s a powerful 1000W. Unlocking or locking the "super power" mode is a breeze with just two clicks on the dashboard.

If you're in the market for a top-tier e-bike, look no further than the PVY Z20 Plus 1000W. This thing is an absolute BEAST!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience!!

I recently purchased PVY Libon and can confidently say it has been the worst shopping experience of my life. The quality of the bike and the after-sales service have been utterly disappointing.

1. In September, I received a defective controller for the bike. When I requested a return, I was told that a new controller would be sent for me to replace myself.
2. After making the replacement, I found that the total range was only 37 kilometers under single battery conditions. This raised my suspicion about the battery or motor's efficiency, leading me to doubt the product's quality. When I requested a return, the after-sales service insisted on multiple tests and required me to provide numerous videos. After exchanging dozens of emails and submitting several pieces of evidence, their final response was that a range of 37 kilometers is normal due to production variances!
It is shocking that a bicycle advertised with a claimed range of 126 kilometers would be acceptable with only 37 kilometers of range in pedal assist mode in an urban riding environment.

4. The service asked for testing again and again and for difference video and not start the return process. Now they said the return period was expired!

I am compelled to take legal action to protect my rights in this matter. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider this before making a purchase.
