PVY Z20 Plus e-bikes
After much research we decided the PVY Z20 bikes were for us and ordered two. Easy ordering online, with confirmation email straight away. Our shipment was confirmed within 1 day coming from Italy and delivered to Spain. Took around 7days for delivery including a phone call from the delivery driver to check we were home. Easy to unpack and assemble, comes with necessary tools. Fast to charge and a super fun ride. We live in an area with lots of steep hills and this bike handles it with ease!!!! So good we ordered two more - one for each of our daughters!!

PVY Z20 Pro. Customer service so far is spot on. Delivery info and tracking also perfect. Have only just ordered a z20 pro. Will update when received.
Update. Bike received, impressed so far. Suspension is a little clunky and would be nice to have something to keep it together when folded. But it's a very nice ride, plenty of power, lights are excellent, everything is running smoothly. Not sure if something has been upgraded but I'm finding the brakes very noise free. Very slight squeak under light braking but nothing like some of the other reports.thankyou pvybike!

Very Misleading delivery info
Very disappointed in the details regarding how long my order would take was told 5-7 days in both invoices to be then told almost a week late it's actually 10-15 and also that the factory was closed for a week before the 10-15 days even started which should have been stated well before hand so its likely to take upto 23 days.however customer service was pretty good but this should really be sorted as it's very misleading to customers edit there has been no tracking update since the morning of the 8th

They shipped the first bike fairly quickly but then it got stuck during transport. I had a little conversation with pvy but then they shipped out another bike wich came at the end. I am pleased with the bike. It runs nicely.

Both bikes we bought were delivered on time as advised, I personally would prefer a little more in depth instructions on how to build but I managed ok.
Our charge units arrived with EU plugs which were speedily changed by Jackson from PVY customer services, great work.

Motor power is definitely improved. It has lot of power to climb small to medium hills.
Front shockabsobers work really well and its comfortable.
Breaks are sharp and stops quickly.
Bike handling really well while breaking.
Ghost paddling alot after paasing 15miles per hour.
52T front chain sprocket is not big enough. It needs 70T front sprocket to avoid crazy paddling in speeds over 15miles per hour.
Battery and range isnabout 80km on full charge of you use paddle assist level 3, and im about 85kg
Overall Libon is a great bike. And thank you PVY

Well, after a few tyre issues (my fault) and derailleur adjustments, I was finally able to get out on the Z20 Pro! I wanted to put a few miles on it and in particular test how well it pulled me up the steep hill heading out of our village.Considering that the rating of this motor is only a quarter of my last e-bike, it did remarkably well! Obviously I had to put in my fair share of peddling but it was pretty effortless on my part I have to admit..!So overall, I must say that I am very pleased with the quality and performance of this particular PVY model 😁
