Ordered the bike to be sent to my address in Spain, Item still has not arrived and item ordered in January,
Just get a load of brush off emails saying they are waiting to hear back from there shipping company on the return of the item,
Have opened a dispute with my Bank, but they will not confirm the item has not been delivered,
Total joke of a process they wanted me to cancel the chargeback so they would look at the problem.
Thank you for the reply, to confirm I still have not received any refund, my bank is still in the process of carrying out a change back, you have provided false evidence as part of this process with my bank, it shows the dishonest front to your business and poor lack of customer service and communication. You can still do the right thing and complete the refund knowing the item was never delivered.

The bike was good, very good, for 3 months.
So I thought.
Until the power started to cut out going up a slight incline after maybe 15 minutes riding on the flat.
Clearly a fault somewhere.
2 months later after many emails, videos and photos I still have a bike that does not work.
They said that a new display would fix the problem. So I waited 5 weeks for the part to come from China. When I changed it over exactly the same thing happened. Going up a small gradient the bike's power cuts out as before.
To me it seems that now asking for a small amount of extra power causes the whole bike to shut down.
Customer service have been useless, insisting that I am forcing the bike to climb uphill on very steep gradients for a long period of time and that it's my fault.
They may come back to me with another solution or replacement part but I really do have my doubts!
I am quite prepared to alter my rating if they do something to fix the problem.
Otherwise, I have lost 700 euro and would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Issues happens, no matter how much you spend on a product or where you buy it.
What matters is how a Company deals with customers when those issues occur.
I bought a PVY Z20 Pro few months ago from the PVY website. Really happy with the product. Unfortunately after having the bike for a while I started having issues with the motor. I engaged with the Customer support, via Whatsapp. Sent videos and pictures, always getting responses in timely manner.
At some point the conversations via Whatsapp stopped (no idea why but some technical issues). PVY customer support, by their own initiative, contacted me via email, concerned that I was not responding to Whatsapp anymore!
They sent me replacement parts without any push nor arguments, until the issue was resolved.
Really impressed!

I have written a review 2 times on their website as well but they have never published it, because has been with a bad review with 1 star. This tells me how professional they are.
Saying that, I bought the bike back in March and delivery times were fine. The bike also looks fine (very heavy though compared to other folding e-bikes).
When I started riding the bike and after 11Km, the battery sign on the display had already gone half (the battery sign has 4 bars, therefore after 11Km it was already sitting at 2 bars), although I had fully charged the battery, whereas on their website they advertise 50-80Km with a full charge. I do ride in UK, where roads are perfectly fine and 95% of the road I drive is flat.
I contacted their customer service highlighting the issue with the battery, and has been more than a month going back and forth with emails.
After a month of email drama, they concluded that their engineers had found out the battery is fine as per their test. I wonder how the hell does the engineer know better then the actual bike rider. I have asked them for a replacement battery, however they refuse to accept that the battery is defective, which can happen.

Pros: Delivered on time. Solid and seems well-constructed. Everything works fine so far. Nice wide tyres and suspension. Unusual speed range limiter and not different modes (eg eco, speed etc) like most e-bikes. Easy to fold/unfold after practice. Eats up the miles.
Cons: Video on website on how to assemble was different to bike received. No explanation of how to assemble handlebar and took time to align and assemble. Knurled nut crucial for steering assembly was hidden in polystyrene packaging and could easily be thrown away. Needs better updated videos for different assembly methods. Brakes only ok but may need adjusting.

The z20 plus 1000 is Very heavy ( so be mindful of the weight before buying) bike, but very strong and fast 1000w. Customer service is not the best can be better. My bike arrived in UK 🇬🇧 after 1 week of ordering. I still cycle to work everyday and enjoy it

The plus is a well built, powerful bike.
Everything works as it should. I'm delighted with my bike.
A few logistics problems, holidays etc but PVY communication was always prompt and positive.
PVY , a young company, still developing, always trying to improve.

Purchased the bike over 7 weeks ago and informed delivery is 5-7 days. Arrange people to accept delivery on 3 separate occasions. Delivery via dpd didn’t arrive due to packaging issues and after a month dpd decided to send back to PVY. I had to emailed PVY and dpd extensively to find out what and why it wasn’t being delivered and got no information. After 4 weeks or failing to deliver and getting no clear idea of why it was delayed I requested a refund. PVY did eventually refund but this took 2-3 weeks to receive as they were reluctant to refund without receiving the bike back. I would log onto their Facebook page as deliveries on average take 1-2 months in UK despite the websites statement. Dpd doesn’t seem to help with this much from other comments on the page. Overall people are happy with the product when they get it. I unfortunately needed a fold up with in 4 weeks due to job changes so had to go elsewhere. It was a shame as reviews for this product are good !

I am writing to share my recent experience with the PVY 20 Plus folding E-bike and your customer service. Initially, I was impressed by the positive reviews on YouTube and decided to purchase one. The bike arrived on time, which was appreciated. However, I encountered several issues that I feel need to be addressed:
1. Charger Malfunction: The charger ceased functioning after just three days of use. Additionally, the charger provided was a European model, despite my purchase being made from the UK.
2. Customer Service Delay: Upon contacting your team, a replacement charger was dispatched, but it took a month to arrive, which was disappointing.
3. Safety Concern: After finally being able to charge and use the bike, the rear tire exploded within five days, nearly resulting in a serious accident.
Given the premium price of the bike, these issues have been quite disheartening. I believe it is important to convey my honest feedback to ensure that potential customers are aware of these concerns. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the PVY 20 Plus.

I purchased the PVY Z20Pro bicycle before summer, initially experiencing only minor issues such as squeaky brakes, a problem I attributed to brake pads rubbing against the disc. Despite providing clear evidence through videos, the customer support team dismissed my concerns, claiming difficulty in identifying the problem.
To exacerbate matters, the folding joint, crucial for compact storage, snapped after minimal use—folding the bike around ten times. This structural failure left me with a broken piece in my hands.
Even more frustrating is the battery performance. Despite adhering to the recommended charging instructions, the battery now malfunctions. Upon insertion, it registers a lower charge, and after a mere 5-7 kilometers of use, it completely dies. I've reached out to customer support, only to be ignored, even after numerous follow-up emails.
product is a real disappointment in both build quality and customer service. I strongly advise against making the same mistake I did. Invest a bit more in a higher-quality bicycle and avoid these subpar products.
I was looking for a folding E-bike to use mainly for leisure and to take on public transport. I have a regular road bike which I use for short rides day-to-day. Overall, the Z20 Pro meets my needs at a good price.
The bike arrived in less than three days, but it took some time to get it set up. There is not much assembly required, but there was very little by way of instructions, either in the manual or online. Things that should have been quite simple took a lot longer than they should have. In particular, the screw for the front light and mudguard was very difficult to get undone. I eventually did it using a pair of pliers to hold the nut steady. I don't know how I could have done it with the tools provided. I raised this with customer service but they just directed me to their Youtube channel, which didn't answer my questions.
Also, the saddle was loose and I couldn't tighten it with the tools provided. I took it to a bike shop, and they fixed that and fine tuned the rest of the bike. I would recommend anyone to get their bike checked over after assembly to ensure it's roadworthy and performs to the highest standard.
The other issue I had was with the battery which I found wasn't locking in and kept falling out. I raised this with customer service and they replied quickly with a video of the battery lock in operation but have yet to respond to my follow up email.
Repeated attempts to insert and lock the battery led to the pins getting bent so the battery no longer fit. I had to make an emergency bike shop visit to get it fixed. I have now worked out that you need to lift the battery slightly for the lock to engage - not a great design.
You can't expect the best E-bike for under £700 and when it's up and running it meets my needs and expectations. But the lack of clear and comprehensive instructions is concerning. It could be very dangerous for someone to ride one of these bikes which hasn't been assembled properly. If you are looking for a low budget bike this is worth considering, but if you need something reliable for daily use I would go for a higher price range.

My experience with PVY's support was exceptionally good. I purchased their z20 pro bike, and I think it has a good price/value ratio.
I contacted support because of a couple of issues I was having, and the response was always swift and solved my queries quickly.
Very satisfied with how they care about customers.
