I’ve bought in the past, and have found the quality inconsistent. This last time I ordered I was interested in a jacket. I was offered free shipping if my order totaled a certain amount, so I added a dress. When I received the dress, there was a slip of paper that the jacket had been back ordered. I was not told this when I ordered; I was not told this on the confirmation email; and I was not told this on the shipping email. Because my order was split I was charged over $17 for shipping on the dress (that I wouldn’t have ordered without the promise of free shipping). I assume they are going to charge me another $17 on the back ordered jacket? No, they won’t, because I canceled that order. I am not going to give them any more chances.

I've been buying from the Pyramid Collection for YEARS and never had a bad item or experience, so I don't know why there are just bad reviews on here! They have BEAUTIFUL clothing, good quality, accurate sizing, and great customer service! I'm so sad that they are closing their doors after 39 years! I will definitely miss them!! ❤️

I am happy with the items I've received from The Pyramid Collection. But their shipping rates are outrageous! $17 for one item! This is ridiculous.

I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews here, because my experiences have all been positive. I mean, this isn't high-end clothing, but the customer reviews on the website are pretty trustworthy, and I always got my stuff on time.

They charge a shipping fee then another shipping and handling fee. Im paying $30 for these 2 separate charges for a $34 item. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I have been receiving their catalogs for decades and have made a few purchases over the years. I just made another one. The merchandise is unique and not mainstream, but I feel their merchandise is overpriced and the shipping is absolutely ridiculous and they even tacked on a $2 “surcharge”. My shipping tonight was $16(standard shipping) + $2 surcharge for one light-weight lace jacket. The jacket I ordered tonight is the same jacket I TRIED to order a couple of years ago for a trip I was taking. Back then I paid extra for expedited shipping. Ten days later I still hadn’t received my item or even tracking info so I called and cancelled the order. They gave me some excuse about my billing address as the reason they hadn’t shipped my order. How about calling or sending me a message if there is a problem?! They are also very stingy with their discounts - even if you are a repeat customer. I unsubscribed from their email list after they botched up my express delivery order two years ago. Tonight, I tried to get 10% off my order by signing up for their emails again and they wouldn’t even give it to me and said I was already subscribed - even though I quit at least two years ago. As I previously said, the merchandise is, in my opinion, overpriced. The only thing they have going for them is the uniqueness. They certainly don’t leave you with any warm fuzzy feelings that they value or appreciate your business. I would by a lot more from them if they had a better price point or offered some type of customer loyalty discounts.

I just noticed I left a review about the experience I had two years ago and said “Never Again!” Well, here I am again. SMH, we’ll see how it goes this time.

I ordered a pair of palazzo pants which were not the color advertised, and were a very poor fit. When I returned them, I never received a refund (and they were expensive!)

Great products but just know you are charged enormous costs for shipping AND returns. I was charged 35.00 for a return

3 times I ordered boots, 3 times I get an email saying “client cancelled order” when I DIDN’T! What a SCAM! I had to get $ reversed.

Worst company EVER. I placed an order that was taking FOREVER to arrive. When I checked on the status it said "customer cancelled" which I had not. I placed the order a second time and the same thing happened. There is no communication and customer service was useless. Avoid doing business with this terrible company!

After all the horrible reviews I saw I called the company a scam but there not they answered the phone and my purse came in about 5 days it's made good and I'm very satisfied 😊

This company is horrible! Says they are all about customer service but when you go to return something NO SERVICE. I paid $103.79 for a terrible quality piece of clothing and wanted to return it. They refunded me $75 WHAT? Yes, they kept $28.79 for their inconvenience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.

I ordered merch in Jan. I was placed on the Pyramidcolgewards that deducted $21.75 per month from my card, without my permission. I had to call to cancel a membership I didn't know I had. No way would they refund me the money. Not happy.

I ordered a pair of boots more than a month ago from the pyramid collection and never received the item because they canceled without notifying me, it didn’t bother me the cancelation until my bank alerted me that this company had set up an auto payment in my account for $21.35 without my knowledge. In summary I end up without the boots but with a recurrence monthly charge. I was able to eliminate that charge but also learned to stay away from them.

I really like their selections a bit different but alittle pricey. But have ordered before with a good experience.
Unfortunately the worst customer service, spent last 2 days on phone and still my questions were not answered, kept saying to call back! Definitely over charged a $17 + shipping fee. Very unfortunate

I bought more than 500 dollars a few days ago from Pyramid Collection, and I never received a confirmation email or text for the purchase. But they did charge me. I tried to track the order, but their page doesn't work (probably on purpose). I still haven't received anything. I'm going to have to call my bank to cancel the transaction, which is surely a scam. Be careful. It's not a serious company.

They are just in business now to get your money for inferior products that you cannot return due to ZERO customer service. They used to be reputable…..no more. Avoid.

I have ordered from the pyramid collection for years and have always been satisfied until this last order. A few weeks ago I ordered the Palazzo pants they were supposed to be chiffon material. I don’t know what kind of material that is but it’s definitely not chiffon I’ve been watching this these pants for a couple years now wanting to purchase them but they are $59.95, I’m thinking that’s a little much for pants but they’re beautiful so I wanted them now I ordered also with this one a blouse that I’ve been looking at for around the same amount of time two years at least been waiting and waiting to get this blouse as it is beautiful on paper and it’s called. Passion rose satin top , it cost $49.95. I wanted this outfit to wear to an event at the end of this month. Well it finally arrived last week and it is not. I repeat not what it looks like on paper nowhere near it the material is cheap and I will never order anything else from pyramid never!!! Like I said, in the beginning I have been ordered from them for years and the items that I have received from them the fabric was just as it looked like in the magazines that I get but this time I just don’t know what happened they’ve gone downhill downhill so it’s lead me to give this. I will never order anything else from pyramid. I want to send this stuff back and have a return on my money but then I decided now just keep it, do an online review and let it be because I probably won’t get my money back anyway.

Based on my current experience and the reviews that I have been reading here, PYRAMID COLLECTION is not a very well managed business. I wonder if they have a business office with a manager at all or is it all sales?? You need both!

I placed an order for a coat that my wife liked and from the catalog picture I liked it as well. My mistake, I ordered the wrong size. It was 13 minute's from the time I received my order confirmation that I sent Customer Service an email requesting a size correction on my order and in this case I also asked for an email confirmation. After a FEW days with no reply I was surprised and disappointed. I knew that I had to try again except I specified a next two day cutoff and order cancel if there was no reply. I noted as well that I would also put a hold on my credit card payment. My specified deadline came and went and I have taken action as stated in my email.

Does Pyramid actually have a Customer Service, I doubt it!!!!!!

I ordered two dresses, both are very poor quality fabric, thin, not good enough to dry my dishes. The gold one was really a dull, ugly mustard color. The other a faded version of the picture on line. I will never order from this rip off company again!!!
