a garbage store that doesn't accept debit/giftcard payments instead they keep your money on hold and even after you give them more information, they still send you the same automated response without fixing any issues...officially a garbage site. It's like they don't want your money at all...it is insane..don't try to use Vanilla debit cards on this site...

I cant make a purchase with this company because of their XTRA $$$ for SHIP/HAND & "FEES" . A dress was on clearance at $34.99 from $79.99. I was sooo excited Im able to afford it finally since MOST of the items are over priced or expensive. BUT BY THE TIME I got to the end of the BILLING area, the itemized shipping & handling , tax and more fees charges....... MY DRESS WAS BACK TO $79.99. WTH! how does that happen? all the shipping, handling, fees (3) & then my NYS tax adding up my total back to $79.99! Forget it bucko
What if the dress doesn't fit, I have to ship it back at my cost at $16.99 with post office cost (minimum price). NO WAY DOES THIS COMPANY shipping & handling , fees work for me.

SCAM! Do not support this company. My mother bought me a gift card which this company will not honor. Deplorable.

I called the customer service number to redeem a gift card. I was transferred to 10 different people over the span of 1 hour. No one knows how to process an order using the gift cards as payment. Ridiculous.

I was VERY surprised when I read the relatively low rating on the Pyramid Collection. I have ordered many things from Pyramid over the years and with the exception of the fit on one dress (which I can easily live with) everything has been perfect for me. I love the styles, the fit is almost always perfect for me (Goddess sizes) and any returns are easily and quickly reimbursed. Love this shop. Most recent experience last November for boots, dress, and vestment.

First... A few months ago I placed an order for a jacket with Pyramid Collection, then later read some reviews in which I ALMOST cancelled the order.
Second... The order showed up in a reasonable time, fit well, and I love it.
Third... I later ordered a top and it arrived in a few days. It fits perfectly and I love the look and style.
I've had several positive comments while out wearing my jacket and/or top. I will be buying again from The Pyramid Collection.

Sizes aren't really consistent, and returns are nightmarish. Their system is way out of date, it takes forever to get your money back, and they might short you a few bucks and the sales tax.

I will never buy from them again.

I wish I had queried reviews before ordering from Pyramid. I had ordered many years ago and was happy with the service and the product. I now ordered two items which did not fit and returned them. I tracked my return and called one month later to ask about the refund. Finally I received it, less $28.47 on a $157.77 purchase. I will NEVER NEVER order from Pyramid again. I would give them less than one star if possible.

I have noticed that this vendor and the other vendors that are part of the Potpourri Group are getting terrible reviews on other review sites. Some reviewers are giving one star apparently because some of the Potpourri brands sell politically themed merchandise that these viewers find insulting. This seems so unfair. I shop at this group of stores solely for women’s clothing and I have never had problems with quality, customer service, returns, or refunds. I ordered something from Chadwick’s the other day and received it within a week. Besides Pyramid, Potpourri, and Chadwick’s, I believe Catalog Favorites and NorthStyle are under the Potpourri Group. I also believe that in the past five or six years I’ve ordered one or more items from each and never have had a problem, even though I have returned things because they were the wrong size or just didn’t look good on me.

I have bought many clothes from them over the years because I like the long flowy styles. I won't buy from them any more however. I purchased a shirt in June and they sent the wrong size, so I sent it right back, with the return form requesting an exchange for the CORRECT size but requesting they not charge me the shipping fee because it was their error. No correspondence from them and they just refunded my money. I didn't bother calling them because the event I wanted the clothes for has passed. With what they charge for clothes, and the fact they never have free shipping AND now they have bad customer service, I will find my cute flowy clothes elsewhere. Fool me once, your fault. Fool me twice, my fault. Not going to let them fool me again.

Sure wish I read the reviews before ordering! I will never purchase products from this company again. I dreamt for the longest time about articles I wanted, finally ordered a month ahead of time for a wedding I'm attending, paid for EXPEDITED shipping, nearly 3 weeks later it's still sitting in Montana because TPC sent it ECONOMY and the container has to be filled with other packages before transit can continue. I might get this package before my trip, maybe. I sent a box from WA to CA on Monday UPS and it arrives today for the SAME amount of money I gave this company. The items they sell might be fun but the shipping is WAY to much so I'm going with scam. They are making money on it and the processing stinks.

I've ordered once or twice a year for the past 8 or so years. I like the variety of themes they have with the clothes and jewelry, and they are good quality. There are things that could be better, though.

Firstly, this site caters to larger women. That's not a bad thing, but if you are a smaller size, you will end up paying for it. For one, they increase all of the prices to compensate for not upcharging larger sizes. Secondly, there is a lot of vanity sizing in their original pieces. Their small fits like a loose large. I was able to wear a small shirt while I was pregnant with a 70 lb weight gain, and it was still loose. Most clothing doesn't go any smaller than that, so women who are a US 10 or smaller will not fit into the majority of the clothing. Not all of the clothes fit that large, because they do have imports and other brands. However, that makes sizing very inconsistent across the site, and there are few reviews to help you make a selection.

Secondly, as I've seen some surprised reviewers mention, their catalogs almost always have a centerfold of vibrators. This also wouldn't be a problem, except I never even requested to be mailed these catalogs. I've been receiving them bimonthly since my first purchase, and have wasted a lot of paper quickly throwing then away before children got ahold of them.

I've seen complaints about the VIP program, but I've never had an issue opting out during purchase. Just be sure to read all check boxes when ordering.

These issues were previously not enough to prevent me from ordering. I made my last order in October '21 (4 months ago) and had no issues with checkout, shipping, or delivery.

However, that all changed today. I was about to place a $250 order when I noticed the outrageous shipping price. I looked around on the website, and saw they now price shipping based on VALUE, not weight. Even though my order was a few small items that would be packaged together, I would be charged $30 for them to ship, because they aren't pricing based on a flat charge or weight like every other business that ever shipped. Who does this?? That shipping price, plus a $1 charge for the driver's exposure to covid is just too sketchy to be worth any money from me.

It's unfortunate, because they have some nice, niche items you can't easily find. I'll return if they fix this shipping fee. Until then, they've lost a customer.

Do not buy stuff from Pyramid Collection. Very bad quality of clothes and jewelry. Terrible service. They are stealing money , signing you for VIP program without you knowing that and continue to charge you every month every mounth even thought you called them and dispute this charge. You will pay expensive shipping and retirned fee plus carierr charge. Incredible bad service.

I called both the pyramid collection and fedex both said they are not responsible for the Carrier Imposed Surcharge. The only thing I can think of is they are working together to steal money from us.

Terrible service! Placed order a month ago. Have inquired 3 times as to when it will be processed and shipped, to no avail. Rep says someone will call me…website is down (has been down for 3 weeks). I will be disputing my credit card charge and needless to say, will not be ordering again. Also paid extra for expedited shipping ….lol. What a joke.

Never had any problems from this company. Always got my orders correct and on time. Loved the merchandise. Its sad that all of a sudden so much negative is pouring through this. I have been ordering for over 10 years and loved everything

Not happy with quality of clothes. Yes, their items are unique but cheaply made. I returned two items, one of which looked nothing like the sweater online. I am returning it. You are unable to track your return once it leaves your local USPS using THEIR return label. CSA was no help. Using same script as next person. Their website has been under “maintenance” for 10 days. They do not know when it will be back up. What? I have a feeling I’ll never get my $150 refund. Their famous tag line is “rest assured” for everything…orders, shipping info, returns and exchanges, and refunds. I’d stay away from Pyramid Collection and their sketchy business practices.

To echo what others have already said, I placed an order 6 days ago with no word, or shipping information from Pyramid. I've phoned twice only to be told my order is shipping that day each time. Today the person told gave me a tracking number and said that it is FedEx but it is a bogus number. I'm now wondering if I'm ever going to get my order from them.

Terrible service and misleading terms. We ordered and paid for Fed-X shipment but they sent overseas by boat. The package is going to take 3 weeks or more and we have no recourse. We contacted Pyramid cust service and they were more than useless. Never shop here!!!!!
