Great broker to deal with. Excellent service. Polite staff. Got my application approved in one day. The best finance broker I have dealt with.

On my arrival John check up on me which I found very nice. And he didn't have to do so but he was very welcoming and helped me with a few things on the car and about the car. And I appreciate him such a nice man with so advice. He also explained how the finance work which was helpful. If any problem I am always welcome he told me. Thanks Craignaris cars Ltd. 🙏🏿

I recently took out my first lot of finance and Q-finance where my first pick, everything went smoothly there was no hassle and all of the staff I spoke to where very polite and a great help, would definitely recommend taking finance out with them

Overall very courteous and helpful. One or two little hiccups which may even on our part be to blame as we were not used to have dealings with an intermediary broker. Overall Sarah couldn't have been more helpful in securing as car finance.

The forms were easy to sign and communication was generally good from company. However I was unable to go further than clicking the link that was texted to me to verify my id. I kept getting either an error message or message that my phone didn't have enough memory, which wasn't the case. Perhaps a better method of verification or back up method might be better in future?

Efficient, prompt, friendly service with a quick decision

Very straight forward, no hassle. When asked to change the term of the finance all was done with a great attitude not like a chore. Got competitive APR to other big fish in the pond and end up with a very attractive deal. I'm terrible with names but all 3 people I had a chance to talk to were professional and helpful. At least you could feel they want to close that deal with you and make you happy as a customer. Definitely will consider this company in the future at the first place before trying to go somewhere else.
