After 7 days order was not ship. Had to contact Q-lens and was informed of backorder. Got the lenses to days later. BUT I saved 45% compared to other webshop, that in mind Q-lens deserves 4 stars.

The delivery was late

The delivery was late. No information when the order actually arrived.

Most of all. I didn't even know what was going on, I had to question Q-lens to get the infotmation myself! Not good guys, not good!

Good service

Good rates, quick sending of the lenses, easy website.
But i asked a question about the lensproduct but didn' t get a response.

It always worked very well until now....

Usually it works very well but not this time.
I am waiting for more than a week to have the product I ordered and there are still problems. I have no clue why.
I choose to receive the pack with bpost but for some reasons that is always on the way and they cannot deliver. I am still waiting....
Maybe Q lens should have a contract with only one delivery company
