Q-Lens is new to me and very revealing. Correct service and price, good delivery!
After 7 days order was not ship. Had to contact Q-lens and was informed of backorder. Got the lenses to days later. BUT I saved 45% compared to other webshop, that in mind Q-lens deserves 4 stars.

Good price but slow delivery
5 stars for the price, 2 stars for the delivery time.
Delivery time used to be rather good. It became relatively slow over time; you get your lenses typically 3-4 days after the date of ordering, but sometimes there are delays. Therefore, the service is not totally reliable. Many other companies offer delivery within 24 hours.

Long lead time, no clear estimation of the lead time. No clear status update of the order, it only mentions paid and no idea when they expect to be able to deliver.
