My experience wasn't a bad one, but I believe the turn around time for resolution of issues can be better instead of 24hrs resolution, it should be in minutes, because that's what bring every customer coming back. Quick TAT.

Terrible standard in terms of the quality of audit templates, policy templates, etc.
We contacted QCS to cancel our subscription and the cancellation was accepted. A month afterwards, they began demanding we pay them for the full length of the initial subscription despite the low standards.
No other subscription platform charges you when their services no longer meet your needs, e.g. Spotify, Netflix, Gym Memberships, etc.
Disgusting behaviour from QCS. I will be strongly advising providers to stay away from this company!

We have had an excellent experience with QCS. The service is outstanding, and the support we received from Rebecca was exceptional. She took us through everything we needed to know about the QCS system step by step and made the whole process incredibly easy.
The policies are fully personalised to your company’s needs, and once set up, there is very little for you to do – simply download and use them. The system is wonderful for carers, as policies are easy to access and can be read on the go. QCS also supports with documentation required for the CQC, including easy-read policies, which has been a huge help.
Rebecca had our platform fully up and running within just a couple of hours, with all policies completed and ready for carers to access. The level of work she achieved in such a short time was truly impressive. There is honestly nothing negative to say about QCS.
They are far better than Croner, which we used previously. I sincerely wish we had known about QCS when we first opened. I would highly recommend QCS to any care provider looking for an efficient, supportive, and professional compliance system.

As a Practice Manager, I find this service extremely helpful. I receive regular updates on how many people have accessed the website, and I can also see who accessed it and when, which is very useful for monitoring.
All policies are detailed and easy to understand for all staff members. If you have any queries, they are answered and resolved in a timely manner, and you are kept informed of the process throughout.
In summary, this is a very helpful and easy-to-navigate service for GP surgeries, and I would highly recommend it.
