Yes Abi was great and really helped me gain and reset my password, I was worried with the day turnaround however Abi was very customer focussed and had me up and running with system in 5 mins, thank you

My experience wasn't a bad one

My experience wasn't a bad one, but I believe the turn around time for resolution of issues can be better instead of 24hrs resolution, it should be in minutes, because that's what bring every customer coming back. Quick TAT.

Terrible standard in terms of the…

Terrible standard in terms of the quality of audit templates, policy templates, etc.
We contacted QCS to cancel our subscription and the cancellation was accepted. A month afterwards, they began demanding we pay them for the full length of the initial subscription despite the low standards.
No other subscription platform charges you when their services no longer meet your needs, e.g. Spotify, Netflix, Gym Memberships, etc.
Disgusting behaviour from QCS. I will be strongly advising providers to stay away from this company!

In relation to your cancellation request, you entered into a fixed-term business-to-business agreement with us for the provision of policy and compliance support. As outlined in the contract you agreed to at the time, mid-term cancellations are not provided for within this type of agreement, which is standard for similar contracts in our sector.

When you contacted us about cancelling, we reached out to explain this and to outline the options available. We also offered to arrange a call to understand your concerns and explore how we could better support you with your compliance needs.

The agent was knowledgeable

The agent was knowledgeable, but was unable to solve the problem whilst I was n the phone. She did however go away and resolve my issue within 24 hours which is to be commended.

WOutstanding service – QCS made everything simple and stress-freee have had an excellent experience…

We have had an excellent experience with QCS. The service is outstanding, and the support we received from Rebecca was exceptional. She took us through everything we needed to know about the QCS system step by step and made the whole process incredibly easy.

The policies are fully personalised to your company’s needs, and once set up, there is very little for you to do – simply download and use them. The system is wonderful for carers, as policies are easy to access and can be read on the go. QCS also supports with documentation required for the CQC, including easy-read policies, which has been a huge help.

Rebecca had our platform fully up and running within just a couple of hours, with all policies completed and ready for carers to access. The level of work she achieved in such a short time was truly impressive. There is honestly nothing negative to say about QCS.

They are far better than Croner, which we used previously. I sincerely wish we had known about QCS when we first opened. I would highly recommend QCS to any care provider looking for an efficient, supportive, and professional compliance system.

Christopher B has been consistently helpful, approachable, and extremely responsive. Queries are dealt with quickly, guidance is clear and practical.
Reliable support and sound advice make a real difference in compliance, and that’s exactly what you get from Christopher and the wider QCS team.

Useful,helpful and easy to navigate

As a Practice Manager, I find this service extremely helpful. I receive regular updates on how many people have accessed the website, and I can also see who accessed it and when, which is very useful for monitoring.
All policies are detailed and easy to understand for all staff members. If you have any queries, they are answered and resolved in a timely manner, and you are kept informed of the process throughout.
In summary, this is a very helpful and easy-to-navigate service for GP surgeries, and I would highly recommend it.
