At Cleeve Lodge, we have used QCS for many years for their policies and procedures, and we recently upgraded to their Audit Centre. The software itself has a very thoughtful, intuitive, and easy-to-use interface, which has made our paper-to-digital transition smooth and efficient.
What has truly stood out, however, is the exceptional support we have received from the QCS team. The level of time, care, and genuine effort they have invested in training us has been outstanding. Tyree has even visited our home in person to sit with our staff and guide them through the system step-by-step, ensuring everyone feels confident and supported.
We have also greatly benefited from Barry’s expert guidance. His insight as a former Registered Manager has been invaluable, helping us understand not only how to use the system, but why certain functions and processes matter for good governance and compliance.

Great Customer Service
I called the customer experience team with a query as we are new to QCS and Christopher was great at explaining what i needed to do and also followed up in an email what we had discussed and attached guidelines. Christopher also offered the 30 min teams session for additional support, which is a really good offering to help me learn how QCS can help the business achieve its goals.

As an employee who is getting to learn the system as a power user I find QCS staff are always on hand and happy to help. Nothing is too much, no matter how big or small the issue they are always supportive and patient. I cannot recommend them and the system enough. Everything you need to be compliant is right there for you.
