Help Desk
We use the QCS' for our policies. The system itself is very useful, especially with ongoing updates to legislation. Once you get an answer from the initial help request, the team is really quick at responding. They are extremely helpful and treat all requests with respect. I have recently had the pleasure of speaking with Christopher and Becky who have both been brilliant at helping me with my query. The only thing I would love to see going forward from QCS would be a live chat to get answers on the spot for smaller, less important queries and help that their help center doesn't have the answer to.

Don’t be fooled
If I could give this company a negative rating, I absolutely would.
I’ve been stuck in a pointless contract with them since September, paying £215 a month for a service I have never used—because it was never suitable for my business in the first place. This wasn’t made clear to me before signing up, and once I realised it didn’t meet my needs, I tried to cancel.
I reached out multiple times, expressing that the service was unnecessary. I was told cancellation was possible, so I gave it another shot, thinking maybe the process would be straightforward. Big mistake.
When I contacted them again at the end of May/start of June, I was finally told I could end my contract early—but now they’re claiming I still have to pay for two more months because Companies House hasn’t updated the status of my business yet. For context: my business is inactive, not trading, has no employees, and the website is offline. There is no justification for continuing to charge me.
They know it’s absurd, I know it’s absurd, but they hide behind vague and manipulative ‘company policy’.
Let me be clear: this is a scam. They will smile on the phone and pretend to be helpful while quietly draining your money. Do not fall for the friendly tone or polished website. Their business model thrives on trapping people in useless contracts and profiting from confusion.
Stay far away. Learn from my mistake.
