The help team reached out to me after a few days to establish if the error I was experiencing was fixed. I highly appreciated this as it meant I didn't have to set time aside to chase them. After a short time they had fixed it completely which was great.

There is quite a few features which at times seem challenging to navigate for example the reading lists for staff.
