The help team reached out to me after a…

The help team reached out to me after a few days to establish if the error I was experiencing was fixed. I highly appreciated this as it meant I didn't have to set time aside to chase them. After a short time they had fixed it completely which was great.

Great Company, Great Information and Great Service!

Welcoming introduction and open conversation to allow feedback. This company and the staff are providing valuable service to allow staff and care agencies access to useful reading material. There is quite a few features which at times seem challenging to navigate for example the reading lists for staff.

I was struggling trying to get our logo…

I was struggling trying to get our logo onto the documents today so I sent a message through the help page. I got a message back within a few moments,I explained the issue and it got resolved and logo got put on with qcs help.It is a fantastic platform to use and help is always at hand very efficiently.
