order placed 1st June, should have been 4-7days took until 8th july with little or no communication. Take ages to reply to emails & you can't call them if ordered online. I will not be using them again. very disappointed 😞
Rude, disrespectful and bossy shop assistant
They say that one bad apple spoils the whole barrel, unfortunately this is the case with the Halstead, Essex branch. Rude and disrespectful sour faced female shop assistant. I wrote to the customer care email address and two weeks’ later wrote again asking when they were likely to reply. Still no reply so I can only presume that rudeness is condoned by these people. It’s a real shame as the other members of staff are delightful and the Sudbury branch is perfect as is the Beccles branch. I certainly wont be shopping there again.

Customer service use stalling tactics the more you contact them the further back in the Q you go !!!?

Do not order online from this company they’ve had my money for 16 days, I waited over 2 weeks for delivery then received the wrong item. No one will speak to you on the phone you have to email which takes 4-10 working days to get a reply. Absolutely awful customer service, wouldn’t use them again EVER!

Why didn't I read these reviews before ordering What a joke I ordered bench on 9/6 advised delivery 17/6 get e naul from DX courier on 15/6 to say delivering that day Courier turned up with two bench ends no middle seating ends were unwrapped and damaged refused delivery Contacted QD immediately by phone told someone would call me No call rang again told it was direct from manufacturer and gave me Zest Life phone number I have spoke to consumer rights who said to go back to QD my contracts with them I have rang 5 or 6 times just get told it will be escalated When I rang Friday spoke to a woman Charley how she has a job in customer service is beyond belief she was so rude basically said it will get sorted when it gets sorted So First thing Monday I will be ringing trading standards Just want a bench or my money back What a way to run a business

Well what a shambles
Well what a shambles . After three weeks I have eventually recieved the Messina set . 4 to 7 days in your dreams ! I had to involve PayPal as that's the 9nly way to get any joy. The table arrived however the chairs went to Belfast . I live south tyneside England lol . Not sure if that was the company or Parcrl Force both useless so hard to say . Had everything gone well I would have wanted to give 4 stars as the set us very nice but how its survived from Norfolk to Belfast and back here I will never know as the box was in such a bad state. Sort yourselves out as you sell some canny stuff
The worse company I have ever dealt with!
The worse company I have ever dealt with regarding online shopping. The customer service is disgusting regarding replying back to your emails with no urgency. I waited so long to receive my goods but when it did eventually arrive it was smashed. The day it arrive I made sure I contacted 3 people from the company which was not easy via phone to let them know the DOA goods. Sent 2 more emails with pictures & not even a response back. It just so amazing how quickly they can take your money but to get a responsive email back is incredibly hard. So fed up of how many companies think they can get away with with customer dissatisfaction. I now trying to get a refund from this company now. If you have never bought from this company please take my advice & stay well clear because you will be very disappointed & I am putting it mildly.
Goods arrived damaged
Goods arrived damaged, emailed QD with photos as per their procedures, heard nothing contacted customer services who said they would make this a priority, over a month gone still no response. We since sent a further email which QD responded within minutes and have now received a full refund.

I was nervous with ordering from these due to the really bad reviews (including from their sister company cherry lane) but they were the only supplier we’re a could find a reasonably priced pergola cover.
I took the chance and ordered it, and delivery was stated 4 to 7 days.
I got an email straight away confirming my order and that it was being processed, this was a Sunday night.
On the Monday I got a follow email stating order was being processed
Monday afternoon another email stating item had been dispatched, along with a tracking number.
Unfortunately the tracking number didn’t work, even the following day, of which I contacted them and asked it to be checked, unfortunate like other people I got no reply except for the automated email and to this day I still not heard anything back from them.
To my surprise the good Saturday arrived on Wednesday which is three days from ordering which I thought was really good.
The product seems to be fine only just setting it up now but for the price of paid more than happy with it and fingers crossed it does last a while, I might even order a spare one just in case seeing as the price is pretty good and the delivery was fine
Arrived on time but not without issues
I ordered a garden arbour using an advert from our local garden centre, Cherry Lane at Tickhill so was sure my order was with them only to discover when emailed to pick a delivery date that the item was being manufactured elsewhere and then supplied via QD Stores. I wasn't aware when placing the order that QD stores were involved in any way.
There was quite a long lead time for delivery after the order had already been placed - delivery was booked for 21st June when order and payment date 21st April.
I received an emailed invoice from QD stores about a week prior to delivery date which I thought may be spam as ive already mentioned I had no idea of any involvement witb QD stores.
I did a web search on QD Stores and realised my invoice must have been regarding my order as lots of people mentioning garden furniture deliveries. I was horrified to see loads of really bad reviews about them and telling people not to use them.
Anyway today is 21st June and my arbour has arrived following lots of informative delivery communication prior to delivery from Shire buildings (the manufacturers) and being able to track the wagon all the way here today. I cannot complain about delivery communication or item being late.
The arbour is not as great as it looks on the advert, quite roughly made with imperfections (i know it's wood), screws heads sticking out and has a very slight wobble now its put together. My husband us going to fit an extra stabilising strut to sort the wobble.
The Arbour was painted on the advert but arrived without paintwork. To be honest I don't remember whether the advert stated whether it would be painted or not and i'm sure once rubbed down and painted it will look lovely.
Get trading standards or take legal action involvment
Still not recieved item over 6weeks ago. Theres no point in contacting them because you cant . The only route now is legal action against them shame really some kind of update from them could have avoided this but I would advise anyone to follow same route...
Damaged item received
Damaged item received. Sent email with photos as instructed, then hit with a wall of silence. Appreciate there are difficult circumstances with covid-19 etc, but customer service is severely lacking, and customers are left feeling ignored. They can not even tell you when they will respond.

If I could give it less Stars I would! Paid quite a bit for a Big Wendy house and was given a sheet of MDF, a banister and a roll of roof felt they just threw in my garden over two weeks ago! Emailed them no reply, phoned a few times no answer! Luckily paid through PayPal so hopefully will be able to get some of my money back! I feel absolutely robbed and I saved up to give my kids something nice and Iv been left with nothing! I will be reporting them to trading standards once Iv finished with my dispute they haven’t even got the decency to reply to that! Absolutely disgusting taking people’s money if you have no plans on actually giving them there goods!
Customer dis-service
I ordered 8 hanging baskets on 30/05/20 with postage at £6.95. I haven't received them, nor a reply to my email on 09/06/20 except for a ticket number. I phoned customer services today, and they are not taking calls, but apparently the recorded message tells me I might not receive my goods for a month, and then i have to wait another month to claim if its not delivered. Customer service offered no service at all, and i certainly will not be buying from this company again, Its a disgrace.
I really can’t complain
I really can’t complain! I did look at the reviews first and they were all bad but I went ahead and ordered anyway and am glad I did. I ordered 4 storage boxes, they were on offer 2 for £12. I got all the relevant emails for my order, when it was arriving ect. It arrived a day early. They arrived well packed & all in one piece. 10/10 all round and I will most definitely be ordering again!

Ordered 2 items from this company, 1 item not received after getting the dispatched email 3 weeks ago and another item turned up with missing items so unable to assemble. Contacted customer care over 3 weeks ago but still no reply. Absolute joke, do not buy from this company.
Placed an order a month ago
Placed an order a month ago, money taken (over £400), confirmation e mail, then nothing until an e mail saying it had been dispatched - a week ago, the tracking page doesn't work! I've sent 4 emails but no replies except for a 'thank you for your ticket'! I've ordered loads of stuff from other companies during lockdown, all delivered as advised with updates.
Order not received cant contact
Ordered goods, received confirmation of order and.... then nothing. They dont respond to email via their website, they dont respond to twitter! Other discount companies have brilliant or at least working customer service. Are they going under I wonder??
