Fresh fruits and vegetables aren’t fresh

Hi, just received my order raw banana were rotten and Indian mangoes were not sweet looks weren’t ripe yet. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy fresh fruit and vegetables rest grocers okay in my experience.

Wish there was an option of giving zero…

Wish there was an option of giving zero stars to them. Placed an order on 1st April and today is 28 april. Not received the order till date. They have no phone number, only email. I have emailed them SEVERAL times but they have not resolved it and still ask me to wait. They keep on asking rubbish details (name, number, address) when they have all details on my account just to kill time. Never buy from them. They are other website to buy these indian goods like bombay basket. Go to them

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I had ordered alphonso mangoes, while they were in stock for which I received an order confirmation e-mail too.

I had paid 14 pounds extra for next day shipping. The order never arrived and they got back to my email after me writing to them, which was later than the delivery date.

They come back saying “the item is not in stock?” I’m not sure how that works. But I was really excited to receive the mangoes and am extremely disappointed with the service! :(

Very poor online experience

Didn’t deliver half of what I ordered. Took all the money upfront and then said lack of stock means I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund. Tins of food were badly dented, not sure if they have been punctured. Definitely do not recommend this company.

Due to the extremely large volume of orders we process, we may occasionally need to provide subsitute items, or issue refunds where this is not possible.

Although we do issue our refunds immediately after a claim is made, it does take a few days for funds to be cleared by the customers bank/credit card company. This usually takes 3-5 days, but can take up to 10-13 days in some cases.

We do aim to provide our best service to our customers and hope you will place another order with us, so we may provide a 5-star quality service to you.

Terrible! Avoid!!!

Took payment for goods knowing they didn’t have them. I waited a week & I had to contact them to chase the order. Rubbish service!

Excellent speedy service

Excellent speedy service. Ordered a variety of items from here, very quick delivery and well packaged. The items not a available were refunded without any problem. Good selection and easy to use online shopping.

Absolute waste of time and money…

Absolute waste of time and money ordering from them
Sent me the wrong item and they knew they didn’t have stock so was hoping i would accept an alternative option
Customer service is slow and not customer focused at all
When you go to review it says on the page that a number of fake reviews were removed so clearly they try to make themselves look better by adding fake reviews because they can’t get genuine positive reviews

Would have given 0 star if it was possible. Business should be shutdown

I had the unfortunate experience of buying from this retailer. There were several items missing from delivery, when asked to refund they didn't, simply ignored emails. Currently matter with credit card company to get it back, failing that will take them to small claims court. Its not about money but business ethics which they have none. Think it's OK to cheat customers ! They should be shutdown honestly. Don't order from this retailer if you value your time.

Where is my order please?

I placed my order on monday 20/3/23 with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. i have not received the order nor any notification that it has been dispatched. i emailed yesterday for an update and have had no response. I am very disappointed as i paid straight away and also paid for delivery.

Very bad experience.Absolute…

Very bad experience.Absolute disaster!!!!
I ordered my items for Ramadan ,all payment done and still clueless about it’s delivery!There is no direct Mobile service available so that I can contact them.I was waiting for my delivery desperately but all in vain,Ramadan already started.There was no info regarding its shipping and delivery date an absolute fraudulence.plz make sure to mention the delivery dates before payment so that we can decide to go further with your services or not.
It would have been better to get from local markets.U ppl ruined my 1 st day of Ramadan .Have also emailed them but no response yet!!😡😡

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare, bought margarine, arrived all damaged, asked for partial refund, HAVENT receuved to date, they don’t even know how to refund, quick at accepting payment but very slow at refunding, also leave fake reviews, says it all.
