great variety of products and quick delivery. The order was packaged well, in fact the fresh methi and bay leaves came in a chiller pack and were really good.

Was sent the wrong item when queried was told item ordered not in stock. Specifically had ticked the box no substitute. It cost me the delivery cost plus payment for incorrect item. Was refunded 1.26!

However one issue with tracking. Does not display the estimated time of delivery on checkout. It only appears when the product is shipped.

I have never thought buying groceries will be this much easier and the vegetables were so fresh. Although 2 items went out of stock and I wasn’t notified until I contacted the customer service but they refunded me for those items. I will definitely recommend this company and will use it in the future.

Horrendous Experience.
Placed my order on the 5th March, received order confirmation immediately and that was it.
Messaged them via the Contact Us form asking for an estimated dispatch and received an email saying some of the items were cancelled, no mention of what and no refund amount either. No mention of the status of the remaining items.
Refund time 10-13 days.
Would never shop with you again.

2nd order from this great company, I placed my order for Karak unsweetened tea and as soon as I had paid an email was received to thank me for my order with an order number and an approximate
date of when I would receive my Karak tea right to my front door.. top notch honest company to deal with, Quick Delivery, What More Could Anybody Ask For, oops there is one thing, keep an eye out for special deals that can be had every now n then, could save you between 5 and 10% which is Even More of an Incentive to buy from a company that you can trust.

Everything arrived very promptly which was the day after I placed my order. Fresh produce, the curry leaves looked just picked. Definitely use again.

I made an order for fresh produce and waited expectantly for its arrival. Some days later I received an email asking me to provide a review regarding my order. I responded that I had not received my order! Within 24hours my order had arrived, beautifully packaged with excellent quality fresh fruit. It contained an apology and a complementary packet of chocolate.
Sometimes a new order from a new customer might go astray but this company goes out of its way to put things right. I have received subsequent orders without any further problems so feel able to rate my experience with 5 stars!!!
