I ran a survey on Q and they botched it by not showing certain questions. When I contacted them, they admitted that they had a bug, but refused to reimburse. What a joke. Never again.

Qualtrics "Use us if you want a Biased Survey"

This "Company" seems to want confirmation bias. As a survey company, they should be looking for Unbiased opinions.
In the survey that I just completed, the precursor statement to questions regarding voter redistricting was a statement regarding California Governor Gavin Newsome wanting redistricting.
That statement in itself, proves that the survey and results need to be completely discounted.

I just did a survey for them through Thrifty Pig. When I was done after 22 minutes of answering questions about electric cars , I was told my session had timed out or I had already taken this survey. I had not.

No 1 Cheaters

If someone is called a dog, it’s a bit insulting, so I don’t use that word. Those who conduct surveys should pay attention to who the real cheaters are

Qualtrics distributing fraudulent surveys.

I was scammed by a fraudulent survey via Qualtrics (Qual-tricks). I recently relocated from Texas to Urah and soon thereafter received a survey on Harvard University letterhead requesting my participation in a research study by a real professor in the Dept Of Government at Harvard. Being an academic, I wanted to help. I thought the questions were kind of odd to begin with but nothing alarming. Then last month, a year after the original survey, I received a follow up survey. I was in it a few pages before I realized this was a total scam obviously perpetrated by a right wing conservative group bc the questions quickly devolved into questionsI found on the ballot for the republican primary in Texas--questions about abortion, race race and ethnicity, taxes, immigration, and perception of republican and democratic partisans. These right wing conservative groups will stop at nothing to intimidate and target citizens. It asked me questions about abortion, race, taxes, and political partisan. I tried to report it to Qual tricks, but there bought chat, Berry ( a Meta bot?), sent me in circles, and the telephone number on their Facebook page doesn't work. The current POTUS has targeted Harvard because he is intimidated by intelligent people and his supporters do not want toput in the effort to qualify for admission to any legitimate institution of higher learning, so they bully those that do. I tried to reach out to Quality "tricks" but their bot chat, Berry (a Meta company), Their Facebook page says they're located in Provo Utah. I was recently scammed by a business located in West Jordan Utah which is near Provo. I don't know what's going on in Utah, but it seems to be a place conducive to men who want to make a buck without doing the work. Now I am at target and would like to know who is behind this scam. Long story short: stay away from these fraudsters. They should be reported to the FTC and their bishops.

Again

Again, I was scammed by Qualtrics on a survey about scams.
You complete the full survey and they refuse to reward you.
This company should be de-registered because it is fraudulent.

Disgusting how this company just wastes peoples times with false promises.

Absolute garbage company. Does not care about anything but money now. Won't help students, all their software breaks and I can't get the help I need. Issue after issue, such a frustrating experience.

The worse Customer Service I have ever…

The worse Customer Service I have ever experienced. Their pricing is a company secret, and you are forced to deal with sales representatives who give you the highest price they can before eventually negotiating an agreed upon contractual service agreement. The price varies depending on where you are, and the U.S. price was nearly 5 X the one I agreed to based elsewhere. I repeatedly tried to cancel my contract after several years, and was unable to get through to anyone to do that. I kept receiving invoices and demands to pay an outstanding balance, to which I responded I was not renewing, but received nothing but new invoices. They are now threatening to turn it over to a collection agency.

Unacceptable practices

This is my experience with Qualtrics in a general sense. On survey apps, awful, they always screen you out or refuse to pay. On Prolific, they do not pay but the researcher does but Qualtrics has an extremely poor system to detect AI writing. I am neurodivergent and I speak in a robotic manner, sometimes my writing may come off like that too. Something tells me they're using AI to detect AI which in the end isn't going to work out and only become worse for authenticity checks. I disapprove of this tactic entirely as I had to ask a researcher to submit a return instead because rejections harm your profile.

Might I also add I completely disapprove of the use of AI entirely to write anything. But apparently if you speak with an extensive vocabulary, you'll be questioned for your "authenticity" so I guess I'll start dumbing myself down on Prolific so I don't get false rejections.

Scammy work opportunity

I suspected the opportunity for employment was a scam but they prep you slowly at first then all at once with pier pressure, too. They communicate with you through Telegram and give you hourly tasks to browse an app for 30 seconds and send a screen snapshot. Task 4 each day is you send $50 Bitcoin to a ByBit account you have setup. You do a trade for $50 and they give you $65 back. All good the first day. The rest of the days's tasks are benign.

The 2nd trial training day, the Task 4 get's upped to $100. OK, the payout is supposed to be $130 after the trade on ByBit. But instead of a single trade, I'm told it could be several trades and they will need to be pre-paid. The first trade is $300, so I wojld need to add $200. Also, the rules posted 1 minute before the trade begins is that all people in the room must all do the trade. So the group starts testing you privately - all nice things because I state my unwillingness to participate in the scammy scam.

It's possible I would have gotten whatever money back that I put in, but I wasn't buying in. I tried to withdraw my $100 I'd put in but they won't allow transfer. Scammy scam scam.
