Jenit went extra mile, great gust service

They steal the money from the company that pays for the survey. We are poor users because they don't pay us, they are the ones who take the rewards that should be for the users. No conscience!!

Scam. Offer a $15 reward for adding a survey and never pay.

Qualtrics used to have great support - they have changed it so much that you cannot even get to anyone or anything for support. The worst support experience I have ever had -- from the company that is supposedly all about making a great customer experience!!

They let you finish their long surveys and wasted your time ( they may already have recorded the entered data) before letting you know that you're not qualified.

Why isn’t there a minus rating? This company and its customer service are so bad, its product so sub-par that I am speechless for the first time in a while. I would fire everyone and start all over again.

Truly a nightmare for 360s.

Interface- setup process is average with a slight learning curve to understand all of the options, but the options to customize questions is limited. You have a sort of all or nothing approach with how to setup your rating scale questions. For software that specializes in surveys, this is a little mind boggling.

Automated Emails- This is very helpful, but I have had major issues with 2nd time users accessing their accounts where the password login emails take so long to get to people and expires before they even reach their inbox. HUGE miss when it comes to getting survey responses.

Reports- BUGGY. None of the data in the graphs pulls correctly (it's conflicting and inconsistent with the data they offer) very slow to export, downloading reports takes hours due to glitches with their 'widgets'; the structure is messy and explanations are limited.

Save your money, time and sanity. I can't wait for our contract to expire.

So I particiated and finished long 20 mins survey only to say that I am not eligible for the survey. Tgese mobs are focken scam😪.Beware do not waste your time.

Sent me an email saying i paid 659.99 for Macafee Antivirus (I work in IT and Macafee is a joke never buy it) and i would be billed for renewal. Reads like a phishing scam. Has a link to unsubscribe, and a phone number to call if i've "had a change of mind"

I have never had any dealings with this company, ever. If they do bill me some how, i will be issuing a chargeback through my bank.

Received an email that my SSN has been deactivated and to complete a survey. So this company participates in SCAMS? Will file a report with SSI.

Another terrible survey company that treats the people taking their surveys like disposable pawns.
Their surveys are overly repetitive, often take a long time for little if no compensation. Worse yet, Qualtrics will kick you out after spending a lot of time and accuse you of lying.
As a person who has spent a career in business management (decades), I can tell you for a fact that when you treat others like garbage, you get garbage results. This in the end results in terrible data for the entities employing them to gather such data. In the end, any company looking to use this company should look elsewhere if good results is what you want.

This site provides a very lengthy survey with minimal compensation. Additionally, they will remove you from the survey when you are almost done. I have participated in numerous surveys throughout my life, but, seriously, I have only been paid once on this site. Every other time, I did not qualify, even though I had completed more than 70%. Why didn't you remove me when I was under 10% to save my time?

Alright and mostly gives you money. Sometimes the surveys are always super long anyways. Tried answering the survey and got redirected and didn’t get paid anything. Just a message that It closed the survey. I found this survey through the Survey Spin app and it might be different to most people.

I have tried for 5 weeks to speak to either of my two account managers. There is no general or specific phone number to call and speak to them. They do not respond to emails. Every communication attempt is with bots and AI with no resolution to problems. The canned response I received had a non-working number as a contact! I have emailed their executives, posted on Twitter, & tried social media but it's impossible to get them to reply. Seeking alternative survey vendors next.

I was introduced to Qualtrics by my company as the “Cadillac of survey software.” Couldn’t be further from the truth. Every semester I have to manually go and duplicate every class and change the semester name in three different places. For every single results report (each manually generated) I have to refresh 4-5 times before all the results show. Downloading it as a PDF doesn’t even name it one of the many places I had to enter in the title of the survey, just some gobbledegook. The hot keys they give for formatting surveys don’t work, and if you hover over the wrong things in their tooltips you are taken to a different part of the survey. They claim to help with accessibility and simply say that matrices are inaccessible, giving no advice on what to do instead.

This site operates a lot of surveys through swagbucks and its one bug scam, you complete the survey and dont get paid. What i advise people to do the companies that pay to use these scam artists, contact them and state there bringing there good name into disrepute, there should be laws in any countries that should shut these scam sites like QUALTRICS down
