I ordered items from here thinking it was a small business, however when asking g where my items were I noticed they were
coming from china. When I received these items they were of a very low standard. Badly sized and not as described. Certainly not worth what I paid. I have been scammed here. I am now in the process of trying to return these items

Items in no way matched the description or the photos. Composition was supposed to be wool/cotton but was clearly cheap manmade fibre. No composition/washing/origin labels at all (red flag!). Currently refusing to give refund despite money back guarantee stated on webpage. Described themselves as being based in Manchester and this was the address on the outside of the package wrappings. However, I suspect this is a front and the Manchester base does not exist. I’m currently pursuing a complaint via PayPal and will never use this firm again. Very good example of an online scam - do not buy from them!

Ordered item waited 3 weeks turned up like a dish cloth.
Won't accept returns with £35 fee saying has to go Asia and may go astray and add additional charges. Other turned up week later dumped on doorstep but accepting no responsibility in the poor delivery saying I'm liable for the theft. Honestly pretend in Manchester very much doubt exists. Please don't deal with this ropey company as they will go bust

Took over three weeks to deliver items that were in stock!! All were absolute rubbish, but their return policy makes it worthwhile to just donate to my local charity shop. Never again will I deal with this company, and I'll warn everyone I can.

the 2 jumpers arrived, very poor quality and fit, NO Brand Label, NO Product Label, Washing / Care instructions, very poorly stitched and the quality of material, is SO polyester it squeaks to touch - plus the time it takes to be delivered, it is not coming from within the UK - just spend your money elsewhere on other cheap disposable designed brands - this is another one of the growing masses of them

I agree with all of the above reviews. Same think happened to me, size was all wrong and when I tried to return the items, was offered an exchange for 9.90 or a 20% refund. I was really shocked. Now it makes sense that they're in China and our consumer rights do not apply. Nasty little bunch of scammers DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR!!

IIt took 17 days when my order arrived, at least it arrived but the quality is not what I expected maybe 5 out of 10.

Terrible! Placed an order via Facebook ad, which picked up an address that wasn’t mine. I spotted the postcode and street number were missing from the order form, but didn’t realise the street name was in a different city! Despite numerous emails and two carriers, my purchase was delivered to somebody in a different city. No refund provided and no attempt made to have the parcel delivered to my address, although the invoice address was correct. So overall terrible customer service as now I have paid for something that I will never receive. Ironically, quarter Manchester suggested I should speak with the person in the other city and ask them to send me my purchase, which I truly find staggering..as if I knew who they were! Despicably bad

Good are low quality, poorly made and they come from China, not Europe.

The item I had was faulty (unravelling) and I was offered the chance to exchange it for any other item at a cost of £9.90 or keep it (unwearable) for a 20% discount. Despite it not being fit for wearing (purpose) I doubt I'm protected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 because, despite appearances, this is not a UK company.
I intend to pursue it and see what happens.

The website is very misleading indeed but looks very professional. There's a permanent 'last day of sale' banner.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering - Manchester based NOT! Goods sent from Asia and have to be returned there at extortionate expense. Don’t waste your money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Same as some of the other reviews, it took 4 weeks for my item to arrive. Quality was poor and sizing was not as expected. Wanted me to return the item to Asia at my own cost.
I am going to report this site to the appropriate authorities, not sure if they will be interested or not, but really Quartier are thieves basically.

Horrible experience. What i don't understand is why they don't make the clothes they show in the pictures and become a success? It's nasty.

What you get does not even VAGUELY resemble what you ordered - as in; style, length, sleeve length, material, size (when it eventually arrives, weeks after ordering.)

DO NOT ORDER from this site, I waited three weeks for an item which has now been received but is ill fitting and cheap quality. When trying to return the item , I am told this will cost me 35-40 euros to return to Asia and the parcel may get lost on the way or customs may not send it !
Goods look nothing like the photos shown on their website. Avoid at all costs

I never thought I’d be scammed but this company achieved it. I waited ages for my jumper and when it arrived it was suitable for a ten year old. They reply to emails very politely in the name of Hannah but basically I either have to keep the item and they’ll refund 10% or I can return it to China at a cost of £24. I’m going to my bank today to see what can be done.

I bought a coat from these people. I needed it quickly before going on holiday. Asked for sizing chart as couldn’t find it in website, they took bcc couple of days to respond and then only sent a link back to the original page so took a chance and ordered Thought I was ordering in the UK, turned out to be from Asia. Took weeks to arrive. It was far too big when it arrived. I asked to return it, went back and forth to get details to do this. They tried to get me to pay for replacement and then finally sent details to return telling me it could take weeks, it would cost more than the coat had cost and things often go missing so I might not get my money anyway. Rip off merchants, don’t touch them with a barge pole!

They don’t even deserve a star. Total rip off, want to send products back because quality is terrible and don’t look at all like the pictures. They said if I send them back, got to pay shipping fees to China, customs and risk of products getting lost. Please please don’t buy from this website, horrible experience.

Scam, poorest quality and returns policy shocking! How do they get away with this!

Extremely poor/cheap quality, no size, care or material labels. Delivery took weeks, shipped from abroad, original label covered and no paperwork. Avoid this company.

They don't even warrant 1 star. Shockingly bad. Nothing to do with the UK at all. 4 week delivery from China and returns policy is a rip-off as you pay to return goods to China. The item ordered is cheap and nasty, smells disgusting and looks nothing like the photo on their website.
Kicking myself as I usually look at reviews before ordering from anywhere new. Avoid at all costs!
