I wish I had read the reviews. My order eventually arrived - wrong colour and poor quality. I returned today via Post Office and advised Quartaire Manchester of this. It now seems the return (to India!) may cost me almost what I paid for the jumper. I saw nothing to indicate this was anything other than a UK company.

DO NOT ORDER from this site, I waited three weeks for an item which has been received faulty. When trying to return the item , I am told this will cost me 35-40 euros to return to Asia and the parcel may get lost on the way or customs may not send it !

Do not buy from Quartier Manchester
The website is very misleading.
The company name, a promise of dispatch within 24 hours and free shipping in the UK via Royal Mail all lead customers to believe that their orders will come from a UK warehouse, not China.
I would not have ordered if I had known this in advance.
The quality of goods is vastly inferior to those pictured on the website.
I do not believe any of the reviews on the site are authentic.
The limited-time sale appears to be perpetual.
A return warning that sending goods to China can result in loss seems designed to encourage people to give up trying to return goods.
In short, this is a scam site. Do not buy from here.

What a rip off
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The jumper which was delivered is definitely not the jumper I ordered. It’s a cheap and poor imitation and I’m not sure that it’s even wool. There’s no care label and no way of telling what it’s made from and how to wash it.
I’m not going to send it back because I don’t know that I’ll get my money back so rather than stressing about getting my money back I’m donating g this jumper to charity.

Absolute rip off, the item of clothing looks fantastic on there Web site but the reality is it's poor. Please don't get ripped off, do not trust this company at all.

Absolutely awful
Eventually got my order says on website 24/48 hours. Then about 4 weeks later! If you follow the tracking I have no idea where the clothes come from. Cheap nasty replicas. Don’t even look like the pictures. Cheap nasty fabrics.
Do Not Recommend this lot.
