Great service from Chantelle when purchasing the APA air flow unit, after trialing several airflow units to find something similar to the EMS table top we decided the APA was the closest match giving us a great back up option when needed. Required some replacement parts for a pulppen vitality tester. The sole UK supplier Qudent supplied the parts in an efficient and timely manner and Chantelle in particular was very helpful. Very quick response to answering emails etc.

A Polished Performance!
I had to buy an Air Polisher as our expensive EMS version had failed (again). The product I chose was a Woodpecker AP-H Plus Air Polisher. I arrived promptly, was well packed, and looks stylish. Firstly may I apologise if you felt that you were spoken to rudely! I was next to our lady when she spoke to Jessica on the 13th and Victoria today the 14th and heard what she was saying, she done everything in her power to sort your order out, I appreciate on this occasion it is late due to our warehouse having issues with the new computers system which I understand is not your fault, I do not remember her speaking inappropriately to any members of the staff. She just talks quite loudly and if this has been interpreted as rude, then again I apologise to your staff and that was not the intention.
