Owe me a refund of £1650
Owe me a refund of £1650, they cancelled it on PayPal and now they are avoiding all contact. Emailed a few times with no reply. Avoid this company at all costs, possibly going into administration.

I have had no contact saying you are processing my refund or that you are going into administration, it was a guess on my end from my refund being cancelled. It s a large amount of money so you can understand why I am upset, especially with the lack of contact. I have had zero emails or calls from yourselves.
To be honest it’s quite sad you’re going into administration, you were always my go to for woodpecker products, hope you make it through.

We make no attempt to hide the fact that we are going through the administration process, this is clearly stated on our website and at the bottom of all our email correspondence and invoices. The process does mean that the processing of refunds is taking a little longer than usual and we do apologise for the inconvenience.

Very satisfied
It was very quick, however, I didn't know what's happening as the system only showed that my order is under process. The product arrived in a week's time which is very quick and the price was amazing. Other companies sell this product for 200£ more (at least).
