Awful Company
Awful Company, booked 6 months in advance for a refit, they ripped surgery out and then left us, the only good thing about this company is Jan, Simon and Les who own the company appalling, please so other dental practices do not touch them as they rip you off

Good service
Good service, item was a light guide for a curing light, not available from most suppliers and saved buying a new light. Ordered online, efficient company rep phoned to sort double account details. Just that £12 delivery fee seems high for a small item that could have gone by post. No option for this. Also, item didn't arrive till 3rd day after ordering.

Incorrect Delivery
Despite clearly giving the delivery address, which was different to the billing address, the items was sent to the billing address. This created added expenditure as it needed re-posting.

Customer care was great. Did send a message about one of they Woodpecker ultrasonic scalers and David did reply back and was very helpful. When I did place the order. He let me know they had received it and when it would be arriving.
