She's an all-rounder, a good egg and a whizz kid with all things Q-Book. She's been part of the Q-Book fam for ten years and we would be lost without her. We'll pass on your kind comments to her, which will make her day for sure :)
As for the rest of the team, as you quite kindly mention, they all do a super job and muck in as the dream team.
As an organisation, we're lucky and proud to have a bunch of friendly and knowledgeable experts on the front line.
Our Q-Bookers are our bread and butter and deserve to be properly looked after.

An Excellent booking platform

An Excellent booking platform that does all the work for you .

When you need a hand to change or update anything the team are just a phone call away, always helpful and friendly. They don't just do things either they explain why ,how and teach you as they go .
The phones are answered promptly and the issue is immediately resolved.

i can't imagine using a manual booking process in todays business world so i'm delighted to have Queensborough as my engine .

However, we understand that in an ever-changing world of technology, we can't sit back and twiddle our thumbs.
Our team are always tinkering away in the background to ensure that Q-Book fiercely adapts to the demands of the industry.
Even though we're feature-rich, we haven't forgotten the art of human customer service and practise a strict no-chatbot/robot policy.

A brilliant online booking system

We have been with Queensborough Group since we opened our bed and breakfast in 2016. In this time, we have found QBook to be very easy to use, it is a great system which allows us to answer reviews, set up automatic emails directly to our guests and much more. Our guests have also found the online booking system very user friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend QBook - thank you Sophie, Katie, Jon, Jane and all the team. If you are starting an accommodation business or want to change your current booking system, then give QBook a ring. Reasonably priced too. It has been an pleasure working with you and hope to work again with you in the future.

Friendly and helpful

The whole team at Queensborough are fantastically helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
They manage my B&B website and the booking system works very well. I would definitely recommend them.

While we work so hard to take super good care of our Q-Bookers, in the same breath, we find it effortless to build a great rapport with our friendly clientele - thank you so much for being so easy to get along with :) In the eighteen months you've been on board, it's clear you are making excellent use of the automatic deposit and outstanding balance payments that work seamlessly with your existing merchant. It's refreshing to know that all your guests have made payment before arrival. Or, if there is a problem, it's way in advance with simple payment links to fall back on;
meaning you can act quickly without losing out on potential revenue. Phew! After chatting with Sophie earlier in the week and building a website promo, we hope your customers take advantage. For you, this means extra rewards in the shape of commission-free bookings :) You can create all types of promos. For instance, returning guest promotions, mid-week stays etc. Each is designed to help rival OTA bookings and encourage folk to book direct, direct, direct! In addition, you can sell Gift Vouchers, create Special Offers and do all manner of things within Q-Book to help sell your rooms like a pro! Remember! QBook is the channel manager for us.

QBook is the channel manager for us.
We are a 10 bedroom boutique in the lakes and QBook works well for us.
It is easy to navigate, has very good reports, syncs well with aggregators and is very user friendly.
Then to top it off the service for if your stuck or something isn’t right is 10/10.

We're passionate about direct rev being a significant part of your statistics.
For you, this is absolutely the case. Well done, you are a glowing example of a perfect balance between direct and OTA bookings. We hope that Q-Book plays a part in your success :) At the end of the day, we understand that the OTA's generate bookings for Foundry 34 - sign of the times, booking trends/apps etc. But you're certainly getting your piece of the action in terms of website bookings. Wahoo! Commission-free bookings mean you get the total booking fee - who can argue with that? Hopefully plenty more of these for you :)

I moved away from CloudBeds to Q-Book…

I moved away from CloudBeds to Q-Book and the experience and price and system are just great! Simply not enough words to describe how happy we are with the service from Katie and her team.

We are even thinking about getting our website done by Q-Book team.

Highly recommend!

Wow! I definitely made the right choice when looking for booking software for my small group of holiday lets. The team are brilliant. Really helpful and on the end of the phone whenever I need them. Nothing seems too much for them. Big shout out to Jane and Sophie who were invaluable to me in my set up weeks. They continue to be super helpful as I link my booking software to multiple sites.

I'm now 9 months in to my new venture…

I'm now 9 months in to my new venture owning a lovely small hotel, pub and dining venue. The hotel side of the business was completely new to me with so much to learn. Q-Book helped from the very start to understand everything. I don't have to ask for their help much anymore but there are so many variables to running the business and if something comes up I'm unsure of they will always respond with help and advice straight away. Can't fault their service and support - we're often enjoying 90 - 100% occupancy and long may the business partnership with Q-Book conntinue

Q-Book over all is the best system iv worked with, the staff are amazing, really know what they are doing and are always very polite and professional. I think value for money is good and would recommend to use. The only little thing is, if you have problems on a weekend they don't have anyone contactable via phone, its a ticket system that take a long time to be seen to. Saying this I still believe they are the best I've used.

We are good value - thanks for pointing this out to any potential readers :) We don't believe in a ridiculous price tag. We operate a fair and transparent pricing structure that reflects property size, doesn't cost the earth or compromises the quality of our product - Q-Book. We are so pleased that we have been able to rearrange Q-Book to support you migrating from guest rooms to a whole house offering, which all seems to be going brilliantly :) The Channel Manager links in Airbnb and Booking.com and you have a good flow of direct commission-free bookings - always good to see :) If you fancy more online visibility, we can link your account to Google, VRBO and Cottages.com and many more. It's completely free of charge to do so. If you are keen, please let us know - we'll get the ball rolling for you.
Regarding the out-of-hours support - you are right things do operate a little differently. We provide a ticketing system where you can send a query ready for one of our booking advisors to respond as swiftly as possible. Even though we're not on the phone, the support is still second to none. We aim to get any query resolved ASAP. But, if you believe things are taking too long, we take on board your comments and we're happy to address them at this end. 7 great years

We have been with Queensborough for 7 years and have had only a positive experience throughout that time. The response time to problems when they do occur is great although I must say problems are not usually Q Book but with third parties.
The staff are always very positive and you could not wish for more

Now that you are hanging up your hospitality boots for good, you really will be missed by the Q-Book team :( However, from speaking to you, your next chapter takes you to sunny skies in Moraira, Spain - how beautiful! What a fantastic place to enjoy your retirement after all these years working hard at Lingwood Lodge. It's not easy, is it!? Up at the crack of dawn, making breakfast, changing over rooms, staying up for late arrivals - it's a lot! It's about time you had a lie-in and enjoyed some well-deserved chill time! Recently, our team has been enjoying helping you update your Website and Q-Book after your property restoration. After a few years with the rooms closed, it's fair to say you have come back with a bang! The website bookings are coming in thick and fast. Good service

We have used Q Book for the last 2 years and find it an easy to use, good value PMS system for our independent 75 bedroom hotel. The helpdesk staff are great at resolving any minor problems we experience.

Whatever you are doing to drive revenue, it's definitely working! Eeek! Obviously, some trade secrets play a big part and hopefully, your Queensborough group Website and Q-Book software contribute too :) Nowadays, we understand that it is no easy task to attract website visitors as it once was. As OTA's continue to dominate the internet and browsers look to apps to book, the struggle for direct rev is real. However, with Q-Book in your armoury, you are living proof that it can work! It seems you are optimising Q-Book's features which, in turn, are proving to deliver some pretty impressive results. We understand the concept of moving booking systems can be daunting. However, we do everything from importing bookings, training sessions and phone and video support so that you feel assured it's easy and not scary! We are so pleased to see that in addition to your lovely rooms, you have now brought your apartments to Q-Book, which are all up and running with our Channel Manager across the various OTA's. We've linked in agents like Airbnb, Booking.com, Google and Expedia so that all your bookings are central to Q-Book to save time, reduce admin and remove mistakes. Freeing up time to do what you do best - taking super good care of your guests :) It really is a walk in the park. We hope you love the simplicity of it :) As you'll know, we are currently redesigning our self-catering booking software from an online point of view. The idea behind the change is to present more options to your customers to drive as much direct revenue as possible to your properties. And by doing so, naturally encouraging as many direct commission-free online bookings as possible. Jump on the commission-free train and optimise what Q-Book has to offer. Choo choo!
Of course, the Q-Book team are always on hand to help you with new features, updates and anything you need.

Amazing product and customer care

Our hotel has operated using Q-Book for many years. The product is easy to use, efficient and time saving. Without going through all of its features it is easier to just say that it matches any other software on the market in terms of its core functions and including managing booking channels, reporting , EPOS intigration and managing aspects of our customers experiences such as. Communicating pre and post stay collecting reviews etc.
Where Q-Book has really shone has been their customer support. It feels more like ringing up a well informed friend for help ( one that picks up the phone within a couple of rings and doesn't have a horrible press this button for that phone system!) Over the years they have listened to their customers requests and continually improved their platform whether that be minor details that help a hotelier to run their day to day or adding integration to a EPOS system to keep accountants happy.
I suppose what is also relevant here is the cost, Q-Book is very cheap compared to many of its competitor's however it does not lack any functionality... In fact there are a number of more expensive systems that do not compare in terms of functionality and useability. I think what might sum this up is I have a customer who stays at our hotel who owns a competing company. Every time he stays here asks me if I will move across and I remind him that I am with Q-Book...
He generally shakes his head and walks away and has told me in the past that he doesn't know how they are able to ship such a good product at the price.

We're the same! When you call in, it's like speaking to one of our mates! Which, actually, over the years, you have become. Big love from Team QB! Time flies when you're having fun :) The Epos/Q-Book integration is a game-changer! From speaking with you, we know since the integration has been in place, you no longer have the conundrum of missed bills as Q-Book seamlessly receives drinks and meal bills against room types. Be gone those sneaky customers doing one with a freebie and trying to leg it out of the door ;) Thanks for highlighting our cost-effectiveness. We're trying to find the perfect balance between a fair pricing structure and awesome technology! Judging from your comments, it's looking like we've managed to achieve this. To which we are immensely proud. Whoever your competitor friend is, please do tell them we're sorry haha! However, we cannot ignore your loyalty and support and we cannot begin to express our gratitude to you. Here's to many more years of fantastic friendship and working relations. Qbook team is fantastic

I started using Qbook to handle bookings at my campsite, and it's been amazing! The Qbook team is fantastic. They're always available to help and answer my questions. They respond quickly pickup the phone and genuinely care about my business.

Qbook has had a big impact on our campsite's bookings. Our website is now much easier for guests to use. They can easily check which pitches are available and make direct bookings on our site. This smooth process has resulted in more people choosing to book directly with us.

Qbook has also made managing reservations much simpler. It also updates Pitchup in real-time, so we always know what's open. It sends automatic confirmation emails to guests, and we can handle multiple bookings simultaneously. This has reduced errors and saved us time on paperwork.

Whoop whoop! Your selling firepits & logs, BBQ packs, extra car spaces - all manner of other things like nobody's business - you're doing a great job!
These extras generate more rev for your campsite and help you to prepare the perfect pitches for your upcoming guests. Only offering these extras for direct guests creates an incentive and reduces OTA dependency. Of course, we do understand that OTA's help as their highly recognised platforms lead to lots of visibility, promoting your campsite :)
Our Channel Manager creates a perfect balance between direct and OTA. Q-Book is a central hub, buzzing with booking activity. If you are interested, we can guide you on how to sync your account with Hipcamp, Campsites.co.uk, Airbnb and many more. As you know already, all our integrations are free of charge.
