Always excellent customer service, in unique and refined settings. The team are so professional and welcoming, it’s almost like you’re not at the dentist at all!

I thoroughly recommend them for everything from routine hygiene and checkup appointments, through to more specialist care like teeth whitening and reconstruction of a chipped front tooth!

I can recommend one hundred 💯 percent Queenswood Dental Clinic , not only for Cosmetic Composite bonding (which I initially had done at my first appointment), but also for many other treatments which I have experienced since.My reason for returning is the outstanding care and kindness I receive from the whole team- from my Dentist the amazingly talented Alice, her very efficient nurse and the extremely personable receptionist Tom. In the past due to my anxiety I would have needed sedation for most invasive procedures, but after my first visit I just knew Alice would guide me through any other procedures I needed in the future. As she would gently and calmly explain everything that was going to happen. It just goes to prove that if every dentist adopts the same calm and caring approach as Alice and her colleagues no one would have Dental anxiety!

I had a fantastic experience with the hygienist. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was carried out with great care and attention to detail. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely cared about my comfort. My teeth have never felt so clean! I would highly recommend this dental practice and especially the hygienist to anyone looking for excellent care. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Lovely practice with very friendly dentists and staff. I was a very nervous patient, but the dentist made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. Queenswood Dental Practice make you feel at ease. Their empathy goes above and beyond. They treat you as a whole, all of your health conditions and your dental and hygiene care are taken in to concideration. Everything is transparent, xrays and treatment are explained in great detail for individuals to understand in layman's terms. I would not use any other dentist.

In the last two months I’ve had an initial consultation, an hygienist appointment and a filling at QueensWood.
The team were professional, empathetic and informative. The initial consultation involved a thorough examination, X-Ray and 3D scan, which showed me the treatment needed.
The filling, although it was quite a sizeable one, was carried out in such a way that it felt quicker than it was. The procedure was slick, painless and quite bearable. I felt complete confidence in the dentist and would definitely (if I ever have to!) have another filling there.

The clinic itself is a beautiful, historic property nestled in a stunning estate. The tranquil surroundings contribute to a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. I always look forward to my appointments here, not just for the excellent dental care but also for the overall experience.

I really love QueensWood - it doesn’t really feel like you are going to the dentist…! It’s set in this beautiful old mansion house and it’s such a relaxing environment. It’s almost like going to a hotel rather than a dental practice and I love that feeling. I’ve been with QueensWood since they opened and I’ve been really happy with the service. The admin staff are always helpful. It’s sometimes tricky to get through on the phone as they seem to be a small team, but they always get me sorted. I’ve just changed over to the new dentist who has just started with them and he’s absolutely fantastic. He’s so reassuring and I feel really safe and comfortable with my treatment…which is a big deal because I’m quite a nervous patient. I actually look forward to my hygienist appointments now! I fell and knocked my teeth. I couldn’t get a NHS appointment even though they knew the circumstances. I rang Queenswood and was lucky enough to get an appointment within the hour. The staff are amazing and my dentist was fab !! I am now a registered patient as I know I will be really looked after. I highly recommend!!

The staff know when there is something wrong and will always investigate and do what they can to make you better as quickly as possible. I always feel at ease because they know how nervous I can be. They make you feel comfortable, welcome and all staff are friendly

After considering dental work abroad I thought I would see what's on offer locally. I tried a couple of Exeter dental practices but found they were mostly outsourcing the cosmetic implants and scanning and the prices for that alone was very high in comparison. After a google search I discovered Queenswood. I was surprised during my initial contact to find that the first consultation was free ! Jeanette , the practitioner who dealt with me was very good. Nothing was rushed , things were fully explained and I discovered that there are many options available and the pricing structure seems to be within my trip abroad budget. The first meeting was unhurried and I was made to feel completely at ease. If you are considering implant work I would suggest you try here before anything else. After poor experiences at other practices I found Queenswood and Jeanette in particular to offer an honest appraisal. I had a 3D scan during my visit and the technology they have to hand is amazing. I am due my second visit later this month with the surgeon and am actually looking forward to starting my implant journey with Queenwood. Top Mark's to everyone there. I had a full top denture made by local “private” dentist which was very poor fitting and quite ugly, so I decided to try elsewhere and contacted Queens Wood. The attention and care was admirable, nothing was too much trouble, I was consulted at every stage and the final result has me grinning from ear to ear. I am returning for a couple of implants in the bottom !!

I want to share my experience with this state of the art dental clinic, I’ve been petrified of dentists for years until now , I must say the grounds are absolutely stunning, worth a wander around , inside is just beautiful, always a very warm welcome and made me feel calm and relaxed , Jeanette has supported me throughout my whole treatment, Dr badiani has talked with me and give me my best options for implants, my treatment was pain free and I was totally relaxed,my treatment is now in the final stage and I’m excited to see my final smile , Thankyou to the whole team for an exceptional dental experience.

I have had so much support and reassurance from my initial phone call of enquiry, to yesterday when i had my first treatment!
I've always been fearful of dentists from as far back as i can remember! But that has completely changed due to the treatment i received yesterday, no pain! Let me say that again because i can hardly believe it myself! NO PAIN !! I am now so excited to move on to the next stage of my treatment, knowing that i can have an injection that isn't going to hurt! And just wanted to say a huge thankyou to the whole team for being so patient and understanding throughout my journey so far!!

It has struck me that the whole team are totally committed to giving a warm caring approach throughout, but with a very high degree of professionalism and expertise.
I am undergoing treatment for implants and at every stage my well-being has been uppermost in their minds and I have confidence that the final outcome will be the best that can be achieved for me .
