I had an order that was completely wrong. I contacted Quella Bike and they fixed it immediately. I was very happy with solution and communication sent.

No instructions in box.

Really good service, delivery arrived very prompt, one inspection I noted that the saddle & handles bars were not as advertised online, after speaking with customer services the issues was resolved very quickly.

I am very impressed with the level l of service I received from Quella... very fast, very reliable. Unlike some companies Quella kept me informed of all stages of my order being processed and when it would be delivered.

The Bike is amazing! Even if there was an error in delivery, the team has done everything to solve it in very few steps!

Absolutely first class - would recommend without a second thought. Highly professional customer service going above and beyond to resolve courier delivery faff. Couldn't be more pleased with my Nero - if this is the entry level machine I'd love to see the higher spec'ed bikes. In sum, it's rare to get this level of service and very much restores my faith in the retail sector. Well done Quella - buy one of their bikes today: you will not be disappointed.

I was very happy with my order. The bike was delivered within 24 hours, and was well packaged. Was a little disappointed with the lack of any documentation with the bike though. no assembly guide, no owners book. nothing.

Top bike, top guys...I have no hesitation to recommend Quella. If you don't have a Quella bike in your life you are missing out!! Buy one now!

My daughter and I absolutely love her Quella Varsity bike. In fact I rode her bike today rather than my own.....fortunately she was at school, so she will never know!

Despite a part coming broken during delivery Quella immediatly arranged a new one to be sent.

Good service, fast delivery, smart bike the only issue is the handle bars are a bit too small so when I tried putting a front light on I was unable to fit it I have to pick between a front light or remove 1 brake to make space for the light.

Bike is beautiful, well made, handles well. Really pleased and great value for money. I bought the quella nero red.

Unfortunately the bike didn't turn up when it was supposed to, customer service couldn't tell me when it would turn up and they didn't answer my email.

Admittedly the postage was still quite quick, got the bike within 4(?) days of ordering.

Quick Delivery, product well protected, just a little diference between the bike chain photo and the one i received.

Great service, professional experience but above all the bike is amazing for the price, I've got a flat bar geared commuter and a carbon racer but this I much prefer to ride...it's quick, nimble and fun...definitely recommend, in fact already have
