I love that I dont have to go see a doctor in person if I dont even feel well enough or have the energy to drive and can still get seen and treated probably better than I would at the ER. Not to mention being able to access GLP-1 weight loss medications and have a doctor evaluate exactly what I would fit best with. I love QUICKMD!

Start to finish, easy process to book an appt, the provider was FANTASTIC, and a follow-up chat about a prescription was quickly responded to. Won't hesitate to use them again (in fact, will be following up with Dr. Wooten - she's a Godsend!).

Quick MD is such a convenience that I'm amazed I didn't realize I needed it in my life to the extent that I now. You can use them for over 70 different reasons that would normally require a Doctor's appointment. That took up my whole day, now I can make a call, get an appointment virtually, and barely interrupt my day at all. How did I ever live without this service? If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!! Love it!

I've been going here for a few months. I'd warn anybody to find a real Dr. These are fast food Drs who are rude unnecessarily. Well excuse me not even a Dr a nurse with a script pad. Addiction Drs should not talk down to you or make you feel stupid and then hold your script over your head. Nurse Brittney.

This is the second time I’ve had a problem picking up my prescription. I tried telling the Dr that a specific pharmacy told me they were not taking in new patients needing this medication and that my pharmacy said they considered me one of their patients and had no problems filling it for me monthly. The basically told me I was lying and he had to at least try to send it in to Walgreens. Of course Walgreens couldn’t fill it and couldn’t give me a date of when they could and the whole time CVS just says send us the script. Imagine needing to know you’re going to have your medicine on time. Knowing it’s very scary going with out it and being told they tried all day reaching Walgreens to cancel the medicine but couldn’t and they can’t call it in to CVS until it’s canceled. I was able to get through to Walgreens twice with no problem but was told they themselves had to talk to them. This could have all been avoided if the Dr would have listened. I’ve had two similar situations. I’ve requested a nicer and more considerate Dr and told I have to use the same one each time and can’t change. I’m stuck dealing with someone who’s very inconsiderate!

Place sucks. I’ve been dealing with this company for 2-3 months now and every time, EVERY time, they somehow screw up the part where I go pick up my prescription. They have no problem taking my money but can’t figure out how to get my prescription to the pharmacy. Idk what the problem is but I’m ready to not use the service anymore because there is a number of different options besides dealing with this headache.

they didn't fulfill my medication and didn't refund the consultation $100 fee that was done specifically to perscribe that medication...make it make sense...they said my consultation was completed and successful,when I asked if that consultation was purely to get the medication I didn't ask the doctor any questions about my thyroid or physical health I only spoke to him purely to get the refill and I didn't get the refill how's that consultation successful? they didn't budget. so no do not go with Quick md

Avoid, I believe they are going out of business now. They don’t have a phone number to call. Every email is AI. They take your money and disappear!

QuickMD doctor MM and responding staff did an excellent job. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend to anyone needing a prescription quickly. This is a real deal company you just have to be computer/Mobile phone App literate. If your not try going back to the yellow pages or take a course from your teenage family member. Website and app works fine no issues.
