I had an appointment today 1/19/2025 and for some reason I have to reload my ID every visit and then after a very long delay and me blowing there emails up they tell me I have to verify my id why did they wait so long to tell me,they have nothing but negative reviews there is absolutely zero customer service they will not refund your money this place is a joke and I’m reporting them to better business bureau it won’t amount to anything but it will shine a light on how terrible they are to patients.

I've been a Suboxone patient for several years for almost 20. I couldn't afford it anymore so I got off it and I just recently got back on Suboxone I had trouble with my first couple appointments with them but we worked it out. This time my appointment was for a 8:56 I checked in at 8:51. Once I noticed I wasn't receiving a call right away I checked to make sure my number was correct like the FAQ says to do and my number didn't need to be updated I updated my number and then the provider called somehow my phone had gotten turned into airplane mode and I received one voicemail after spending $100 for the appointment and I got back a text saying that they won't refund my money but I don't want a refund I just want my doctor's appointment because I'm out of running the person and Suboxone is really important medication and it's important to have support from your treatment facility and they're not offering that. Maybe in light of this they will

I tried quickmd for a suboxone follow up. I have used the medicine for several years. It was very easy to set an appointment with a doctor. After a brief interview, the doctor said she would send the prescription to my pharmacy of choice. After two days the prescription never arrived. It is impossible to call a Live person at quick MD. All customer service is done via email. I requested my prescription or a refund. They were unable to provide either. The old adage, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, applies here.

In November an order was placed for my medication. After many many emails I demanded a “Refund” & had the prescription finally sent to my pharmacy on 12/28!
On 12/21 I had another appointment. Paid in full for the prescription & doctor consultation. Never received a confirmation. On 12/26 I sent an email, quuckmd’s reply “The doctor never placed the order”!
Now it 1/3/25 & the prescription has been ordered with the wrong dosage.
Sorry to say this website has fallen apart & this will be my last order after 7 months of great service. Be ware before you get involved.

I really like QuickMD because it is incredibly valuable to me. It allows me to connect with a doctor anytime I need. The platform is simple to use and very convenient. It has been extremely helpful whenever I’ve needed it, and I plan to continue using it for most, if not all, of my health concerns.

I had seen them online. I don't have time to take off for appts. The appt was fine but the med they sent to pharmacy, pharmacy was out of. I did the form, I called, I emailed for them to transfer to a pharmacy that had it. It was supposed to be easy but they didn't even read my messages. It took them 4 hrs to even respond. I explained the pharmacy would be closed today and needed it done asap. Well, still waiting now I have to wait until next week to even try to get the medicine. Very horrible experience it's definitely not quick!

Buyer beware. 1st red flag, you cant call customer service. My appointment was 12/2. by 12/13,I had no tracking info and emailed. I was given a tracking number in their response. The tracking hasn't changed since 12/16. It's 12/27. I have emailed daily. The response is excuses, promises to look into it. They wont give me a refund. The medication is shipped on dry ice, no way thats still good. This was my second attempt at using QuickMD. I have learned my lesson. The last time I started a medication, they could not supply it as promised and you may get one medication on time but it might me 6 weeks or several months before your next prescription shows up, at which point you've been off the medication. ITS A SCAM

On December 6, 2024 I wrote a review. QuickMD did what they normally do, send a generic reply with false information.
I have probably written 15 emails since I paid for medication on 11/22/24.
After my 12/6 review I received an email from the Director of Customer Service. He made me a promise I would have my medication in 12 business days.
AS OF 12/26 NO MEDICATION. This is Fraud on a large scale & customer service replies are Ai generated.

QuickMed offers convenient, efficient healthcare services, providing online consultations and easy access to medical advice. The platform is user-friendly, making it a great option for those seeking timely care without needing to visit a clinic in person. However, like any telemedicine service, it may have limitations in diagnosing certain conditions that require physical examination. Overall, QuickMed is a solid choice for minor health concerns and general consultations.

I've been to may suboxone doctors and this quickMD was a complete scam. I made the appointment and got to talk to someone one the phone for a hole 2 minutes and felt like I was rushed off the phone. Then the whole process was through email. I was told that I could not get my prescription due to me getting mine before in Kentucky but recently moved to Ohio. They are completely scamming people out of $99 bucks to lead you on. Plz plz plz if you see this review do not waste your time or your money. I used them because of the reviews but they are ALL false statements.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I am an emergency room, nurse that has been on Suboxone for many years and had tried the service out because the online aspect makes a lot easier for me. Well, that was a huge mistake I saw Dr. Jimenez off The bat doesn’t seem to understand how this program works along with addiction and does not communicate with his patients well.. The protocol with this program is to start for seven days see how you feel and follow up with the doctor. At our first visit, he never mentioned the date follow up then on the third visit, he told me I was supposed to see him after 14 days, which is also incorrect and pointless to tell somebody after two visits. Then aggressively tapered from 8 mg daily to 1.75 less than eight weeks when he said it would be over NINE MONTHS. I was being compliant because I was trying my best, but For someone that’s been on this medication for so long that really is not a very effective way to taper down. That being said, I wasn’t very happy with that and I mentioned that to him. We ended up agreeing on letting me go back to 2 mg twice a day. This was called into my pharmacy and sit there for several days with no authorization and then once it was authorized, it was out of stock and then it took another two days to get them to switch it to another pharmacy. At this current moment, it is Christmas Eve. I’m scheduled to work all night in the emergency room and come home and make Christmas happen and I have not had my medication going on five days. Of course the doctors not reachable now because it’s a holiday and I have to wait two days feeling even more worse because of these people. Not only did they set me up for failure with my medication, but they ruined my daughters Christmas by having me be completely sick for the holidays. I’m going to make sure this company never sees another patient again.

I have been a patient here for over a year now and though the doctors are great, the support staff is terrible.. I have been told by my doctor at every visit if I had an issue with the pharmacy or if they were out of my medication to call in and they would move it.. the problem is you can’t get anyone on the phone.. it has to be done by email and their online system says it can take up to 2 business days, which doesn’t work for several reasons the 1st is because you can’t even get a refill on controlled substances until you are 29 days from your last script in florida.. so chances are if you have a problem you’ll be out for atleast a day or 2 and you have to fill out an online form there is no way to call in and speak to a real person, much less your doctor which would make the process much faster and easier.. you have to email and wait, email and wait, email and wait.. so if you have any issues at all after your virtual visit has ended they are literally impossible to work with..
I have been trying to get a pharmacy change for over 24 hours now and it’s still not resolved.. i really like my doctor but I’m really concerned with how difficult it has been to change pharmacy’s this should have been a 5 minute phone call but I’ve been emailing support for help for over 24 hours now and I’ve been out of medication since yesterday..

I waited 2 hours for my provider. Never called. Then Moved my appointment for 24 hours Never responded after telling me they’d be right with me. I had other options and now I’m stuck on a Saturday. Now fighting to get my prepaid money back. They don’t care about delaying your care one bit. Avoid. .

I'm really disappointed and frustrated. This company just scammed me out of 399.00 for weight loss medication. I ordered this medication on 12/09/24. I have yet to receive any correspondence on the status of this medication. No receipt, no courtesy email or tracking number. I sent an email requesting any information but no response. I wish I would have reviewed the complaints from the BBB before I ordered from this company.

I used this company for 2 months and had no problems . Last week I tried an appointment and I got check in and no one ever called me I waited a couple hours . I decided to give them another try and booked another appointment and the same thing happened . They check you in and the doctor never called me they just checked me in and then charge me a 35.00 no show fee . When I wasted all afternoon waiting for them to call me . Then you have no way to contact them but email . And they don’t help just charge me a no show fee . I don’t know why they won’t help fix the issue maybe so they can charge everyone more money for lived appointments .

My gf had an appointment on 11/19/24 to speak with a Dr about opioid dependency and being prescribed suboxone to help her get off of drugs. The dr talks to her and then sends a prescription to the pharmacy and finishes the conversation with make sure you're in full withdrawal before taking the suboxone. Today is 11/22/24 and I just left the pharmacy empty handed for the 2nd day in a row. Yesterday I was told the pharmacy had to verify the prescription with the prescribing doctor and that part of the process is required by law so it's as standard as it gets. We'll the mfn dr never answered any of the 7 or 8 calls they made nor did he return the call. Today I tried to pick it up again only to find out that there is no prescription bc the prescribing dr is licensed in Florida. Can you guess where we are not? He didn't answer any of the calls the pharmacy made to try and resolve that issue either and the pharmacy's computer system booted the prescription after a day bc it's not legal here. There is no way to contact these people by phone and it's 4pm on a Friday. My gf has been sick af for days now and I'd bet my life we don't get a reply to the email we sent quickmd until Monday at the earliest. We've been trying to get this girl clean for so long now and she is finally willing to help herself and it all goes down like this... I swear if she gives up and goes back to the street b4 this can be straightened out...

1 day prescriptions if you’re lucky better hope your pharmacy has your medication in stock or it will be 1 week prescriptions. I had my script sent to a pharmacy that had it out of stock. Now it is impossible to get anyone on the phone let alone the doctor I can’t even contact QuickMD via phone only an online form and email. The only thing quick about this process was them taking my $99. I’ve never had a doctors visit where I can’t reach out to the doctor directly it’s absurd. Quick MD should be prepared for situations like this as it is a common occurrence and be able to handle it promptly. Use a real doctor this company advertises things they can’t deliver on.
