Damaged car caused on site as they have bill metal rods sticking out of the ground as there was no where to park when returning the car after it wasn't put back together proper afterwards my annual mot and service.

Cause my bumper to be almost ripped off and it to piece my fuel line costing me more money as it was a slow leak over several weeks.

Fixed the hose but didn't car to want to fix the major damaged to my 10k audi a3.

Didn't want to go though my own insurance as 100% gaureteed to have increased my premium and cost me over 2k for the next few years.

Called back to ask for a update from the management as advised he ll be in touch...

4 months later no phone call still

On top of all this I was also moaned at in a aggressive tone by the younger staff member claiming I not insured

Absolutely shocking been driving 18 years and never had a point on my license. Rta. Etc

Then this happens and nobody gives a s%£t

Absolutely appealing customer service. I wouldn’t return even though the closest garage to me. Had my car in for a service and tyres. They’d ordered the wrong tyres despite the phone call several days before the service, didn’t know what tyres I needed, if they were run flats, messed me around before and during my appointment. Charged me £100 for a locking wheel as I didn’t have it to find out that they’d sold me something which wasn’t right. It wasn’t the locking wheel nut I needed but a new set which they didn’t fit for me. Took 30 mins to hand the car back to me and take payment. There’s no accountability or help from them. Nobody seems to care about their jobs or the customers. They don’t answer the phone and if you leave a message with one to the team, nobody calls you back. Spend your money elsewhere where you’re appreciated!

I had a starter fitted . Great service thanks to Alicia and Kameron.and the mechanic. Next service in August, I'm booked in.

Pricing sham my son was quoted 600 for aircon refill,because apparently had two holes in the air con system. Sat me down,, joke of a place soon left. went to another out let which they tested for leeks, 45 minutes later and 77.00 pounds for the same job will be informing citizens advice and trading standards

They picked up car and drop off on time. Very polite staff and well maintained communication throughout the job. Replaced front break pad and full service. Fantastic job done with reasonable price. Will make business in the future again. Highly recommended them.

I was recommended Quick Lane, Gorton to look at a slow puncture I had in my tyre. I was apprehensive and do not like visiting repair garages.

I must say I had exceptional service from Quick Lane, Gorton, where they looked at my tyre, saying they could easily repair the tyre without the need to purchase a new one. They even showed me where the tyre was damaged.

Cameron provided exceptional advice and guidance, explaining everything as he went along and was completely trustworthy and reliable.

I will definitely be using them again.

I attended the service for a wheel alignment at the Grays branch. The customer service I received was very professional and customer focused. The team came across very welcoming and courteous. Michael was directly dealing with me and his customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I booked an MOT online. When I arrived at the garage and showed them my booking reference, they told me the online booking system does not work and it 'keeps quadruple booking' them. Do not use their online booking system. The Prestwich garage could barely muster an apology and did not even try to find a way to fix the situation. Extremely poor. When I tried to email a complaint to the email address on the Quick Lane website, it bounced back as the email address does not work.

Bit cheeky but I popped in to have air put in my tyres as I cannot do myself. My request was answered with not only a smile but, as I said doing long trip, my oil and windscreen water was checked as well! Thank you guys you made my trip so much more comfortable!

Ridiculous for a company owned by Ford.

They broke our radio/cd player and have refused to sort this out. We can't use it as all shows on display is code which we don't have. This garage is a bunch of liars and very untrustworthy, DO NOT RECOMMEND. keep far away as whey they fix something they brake something else. They keep saying will sort it and aren't. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PUT THIS RIGHT & COMPENSATE. WAITING FOR YOU TO FIX AND SORT

Dreadful. Disorganised and badly managed. Had the worst service ever at Prestwich Quick Lane. The technician tried his best but hard to overcome such bad customer service and poor organisation. Makes matters a lot worse when the Tel no for Customer Service on their website is out of service. And the email address for complaints also does not work. It's had to fathom how any organisation can be so badly managed.

Came to get a flat tyre looked at, and Jack and the team were incredibly quick, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Car came out with more problems than it had going in and I was told to “drop it off anytime” on NYE and arrived to a closed store in a car full of faults caused by this garage.

very good garage fitted my car in for mot at short notice on christmas eve .
very helpfull friendly staff who explain any problems with car very well.

Really poor service,
Had a Citrone DX that had a turbo replaced, this NEW part was faulty and despite having multiple sessions to address this it has not been replace. Ive since, taken the car to a Cirtone dealership who confirmed that New Part has a compressor leak.
I've since written to Quicklane and due to the Bracknell branch having closed, the head office don't seem to want to engage via or respond to mail .
I'm happy to cover the labour, but I cant get the part covered under warranty @ £750 which is the real issue. You think that they would help at least to get the part replaced under warranty, considering I'll pickup the tab for labour but they done seem to want to engage.
Customer care, think again be warned.

I will definitely be returning to this garage professional in every way booked my car in for 4 wheel alignment had little trouble with some rusted bolts but got it done in the end! first class very efficient team thanks again for sorting it out keep up the hard work all members of staff credit to the company.
