Can’t thank them enough Excellent service again! Called them today Tuesday just after 4 as my exhaust fell off. Said they would order the part Straight away and squeeze me in Wednesday. Had a phone call at 4.30 to say the part had arrived and they can do it NOW got there at 4.45 and they did the job all done 5.30! Fantastic job Thankyou so much!

Great service, friendly manager, competent mechanics, and decent prices, would use again without hesitation, would be nice to have a free drinks machine while you wait

I went to the branch for two tyres but they quickly discovered that I had seriously over tightened wheel nuts, one of which snapped during removal…. This could have been a very expensive repair but the mechanics were excellent and quickly removed the broken part for no extra charge.
Communication was excellent throughout and after I had bought a replacement bolt they fitted it and torqued it correctly, again at no extra charge.
The team at Quick Lane really are just that, a team and worked together to help turn what could have been a costly disaster into a seemingly minor issue. I was very impressed by their professional conduct and will be returning there next time I require their service.

While on holiday, we heard knocking coming from the back of our car! As we had passed Quicklane garage before, decided to take it there. Didn’t have to wait, they took it straight in, and had it on the ramp in minutes! The trouble was a broken rear roll bar, which they said could be ordered and be there in half an hour! We left it with them, along with our phone number.
There was a slight delay with the delivery as the driver was stuck in traffic, but they phoned us to keep us informed, and we did not see a problem with that. We shopped, had a coffee, and my husband even got his hair cut… by which time we had a call to say the car was done!
Can’t recommend this garage enough! Super quick service, very reasonable price, and lovely friendly, helpful mechanics…who did a great job! Thank you!

Rang the garage as there was a rattle underneath the car. Popped it in straightaway and within 15 mins was all fixed. Brilliant service, friendly team. We’ll recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service from Neil and Jack, I had an emergency this morning and they sorted my car within half an hour of calling them. They were so so busy and took my car in to take a look, sorted it (a small issue but could have been much bigger) and was on my way, I can’t thank them enough, you are superstars!! Excellent service, 2 worn tyres - ordered and fitted same day. They also diagnosed the reason why the tyres were so badly worn and talked me through the reason. Fantastic service would definitely recommend.

Contacted Quick Lane to enquire about regassing the air con. Got an appointment immediately. Very efficient, polite and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone 😊

as along standing repeated customer I feel the staff can not do enough to help with my vehicles, they are always honest and give me updates to the work on my vehicles as a business owner I don't know where I would be with out them.

The job was a replacement passenger side wing mirror

They picked up my van at 9:30am and they never dropped it back off until 18:00pm all day they had my van.

The job was estimated one hour job.

Plus they click Manchanic marked the job done. Before i received my van back. So i was charge by click Manchanic before i received my van back to me

No communication at all from Quick Lane didn't even bother to ring me when job was done or kept me informed

I had to ring them at 15.05pm they said job was done. But they said my van will be dropped off on his way home

They close at 18:00pm

They need to change their business name to (Slow Lane)

Fantastic and quick service, the guys were polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for any tyre and auto services.

Had an issue with my tyres and the warning light in my car. Called up and got seen to straight away (which I wasn't expecting on a busy Saturday!). Really knowledgeable and friendly staff - will go back again, no problem and would definitely recommend.
