I’ve had a really good experience living in Ferrum. The building is comfortable, the facilities are reliable, and everything you need is here — but the real standout is the maintenance team.
They’re always quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely committed to keeping everything running smoothly.
Living here feels stress-free because of the the team. Really appreciate all the hard work they do.

Have been with the community for a year and they never fail to give a excellent service. From residents to maintenance team all have been very supportive and friendly. Special mention to Lucian for going out of the way making us feel like home. Big thank you to Faysal, Jana and Anne for a very smooth move -in.

The mantainance team are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to address any issues we face.

I’ve been living at Quintain Living - Ferrum for close to a year and my experience has been really positive. The building and facilities are excellent, but the standout for me has been the maintenance team.

They are consistently fast, professional, respectful, and dependable. Whenever something needs attention, they’re quick to find a solution and always handle things with care and respect when entering the apartment. It genuinely makes a difference living somewhere where the staff take such pride in what they do.

The maintenance team deserves real credit for creating such a welcoming and well-managed environment. Thank you all for your hard work.

Ferrum has great facilities and it is well maintained, but what sets it apart is the staff. Special shout out to maintenance team Andrea, Lucian and Carol, who always go the extra mile.

I recently moved into Ferrum and I’ve had a really good experience so far. Modern, comfortable, and very well maintained flat, the whole building feels clean and looked after. The resident team has been really welcoming and helpful since I moved in.

The maintenance team is always quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Lucian and the team have fixed every issue I’ve had within just a few days, which makes living here feel very easy and stress-free.

The location is also super convenient. There are loads of shops, cafes, and food places nearby, so everything you need is close by. I also really like the amenities in the building — gym, shared resident spaces, and the great outdoor area.

Another thing I appreciate is the security, especially on match days. Even when the area gets busy, the building still feels safe and organised, and I’ve never had any problems getting home.

Overall it’s been a very positive experience so far and I’d definitely recommend living here.

We love living at the Ferrum! We have been residents since 2022 and best decision ever to choose this unit.
We have experienced excellent support from the Ferrum team. The residents staff are friendly and helpful and professional. The cleaners are super kind and approachable. Our day is always complete with their morning greetings. And the maintenance team are fabulous! Anytime we have submitted a maintenance request, we have received a prompt response. Massive thank you especially to Lucian! He consistently provides support of the highest quality. All these gestures makes Ferrum a great place to live.

Lucian from the maintenance team is professional, reliable, and efficient. He responds promptly and ensures everything is completed to a high standard. Great service and very much appreciated.

Awesome maintenance dep. whatever is your issue, same applies to resident team but in some cases it takes time, overall good exp.

The Residents team have been a big help during the years leaving here at Ferrum - especially Jana,Michael and Faysal . Lovely environment and I have enjoyed living here.

I have only been living here 4 weeks, but honestly I cant say enough about the team here at Ferrum. Faysal's team, Anne, Michael, Jana and Omer (who my 2 year old affectionately calls Elmo), and the maintenance team of Lucian, Karol, Andrea and Joanna is a seriously well oiled machine. I read lots of reviews from years gone by, and I haven't moved areas in the last 14 years so this was a big deal and I didnt know what I was going to get, but as a single mother who is constantly worried about her kid, on a daily basis here I feel safe, welcome, looked after (and honestly quite jammy when I boast to my friend who moved last year into a very differently ran building across London who has had none stop problems). It honestly feels like family in here, there isnt one bad apple (I realise I havent been here that long but ive made fast friends when in the playground here who have been here years and say the same), problems are acknowledged, addressed and acted upon immediately with an out-of-this-world professionalism I have never experienced before. I cant speak to other buildings but Ferrum has a vibe - and we've been down by the main front desk a LOT because my daughter likes to visit them, and its not just me, everyone we've seen come through on their way home or on the way out has that same familiarity, friendliness and seemingly satisfaction.

Lucian from the Quintain Living maintenance team has been absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly polite, kind, and patient — always ready to help and go the extra mile to provide the best support possible. His efficiency is remarkable, and he handles every situation with professionalism and a great attitude. I cannot speak highly enough of his work ethic and the way he treats residents. Quintain Living is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

Ferrum is amazing I’ve been here for 3 months everything has been great, reception staff Including Faysal was very accommodating, and the maintenance team have been fantastic including Lucian and Andreas very helpful and quick and efficient, thank you Ferrum I will definitely be extending my lease.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the Ferrum Maintenance team, who truly deserve recognition for the high standard of service they provide. Every time I’ve reported an issue, they have responded promptly and handled it in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner. Their attention to detail and commitment to resolving problems properly, rather than just quickly, really stands out.

The team are always respectful, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. Communication is consistently strong; they explain what they’re doing, keep you informed throughout, and ensure everything is fully resolved before they leave. It’s genuinely reassuring to know that any maintenance concerns are taken seriously and dealt with to such a high standard.

The Ferrum Resident team also provides great support, complementing the overall experience, but it is the Ferum Maintenance team that are the true driving force behind such a well-managed and comfortable living environment.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Ferum as an excellent choice, particularly for the reliability, professionalism, and quality delivered by their maintenance team.
