A peaceful and aesthetic home
Quintain Living is an exceptional place to live in, especially if you like working from home or are a young family. I really really enjoy their common spaces and the interiors of our apartments. It's cosy and homely unlike the usual crampy apartments of London.

Beautiful apartments but the customer service has gone so downhill. They also profit so much off of bills, it is now more expensive to pay for bills here than to pay the suppliers directly. They told us on move in that we would benefit from them paying wholesale prices, but they’ve slowly increased the markup to hugely exceed market rate. Even the standing charges are crazy, they also said it would be an annual review, but price increases come randomly. Don’t forget that they have all of the heating and hot water centralised, so it costs them next to nothing!

As you are aware energy prices and general costs have significantly increased over the past year. As we do purchase our energy in advance, our residents have benefited from us being able to delay the increases by our energy providers especially in regards to electricity. Whilst we do appreciate that the increases in costs have impacted you, we are happy to share that our current prices are approximately 33% below the national average.
We do advise our residents of any planned price increase in advance, that are passed on to us by the suppliers or contractors and once again understand your frustration with the recent increases.
