I have been living at Repton Gardens since over a year and it has been lovely since the get go. While the apartment building is well built with great amenities and well-fit apartments, the staff play a great role in making sure that living here feels safe and easy. Thanks for your with it all Liza and Steven. Looking forward to my continued stay here :D

I moved here 3 months back but cant deny the fact that this place is like a home to me now. I love every bit of it. The maintenance team is so quick to respond to the reportes issue and solve it quickly. The desk area team is supportive & really friendly. I have come across some amazing team from quintain that has made my life easy such as Liza parsana from the residence team;And dalia & julia from the leasing team. The area is great, they organise alot of social events so that the neighbours can interact. Its totally safe area to be in and the interiors and the storage space they provide in london is amazing!

Liza at the Reptons Gardens is very helpfull, always smile and make a positive and professional decorum.

We have just moved from France due to professional reason. After considering different options, Quintain just showed up as the best one. Easy communication, great location and fast turnaround (we moved in 7 days).
That journey was made very clear and smooth thanks to Dalia and Julia that took care of us. I really recommend.

Adrian from Sales team finds a wonderful apartment suit me. And Julia from Tenancy team who is helpful and great. I like the Repton Garden and I love all teams.

I’ve had a great experience with Quintain Living. Elaine was incredibly helpful throughout — she took the time to explain everything clearly over calls and was always quick to respond to emails, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

Julia was just as helpful when it came to the booking side of things, keeping communication clear and efficient and making everything easy to manage.

Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish.

I would strongly advise against renting with Quintain Living. My experience has been nothing short of horrible. The staff are completely incompetent or unreachable and constantly try to overcharge for the most ridiculous things. Even worse, they seem to think it’s acceptable to enter your apartment without notice, which is a total invasion of privacy and completely unprofessional. For the price they charge, you would expect basic respect and proper management, but instead you’re left frustrated and disappointed. I would never rent from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Kumar was an amazing host from the viewing to finalising the contract and move in. It was so seamless and welcoming.

I’ve loved my time at Repton Gardens, it is the best place to Iive in. Amazing flats, great gym and common areas and absolutely the most important thing: the staff. Our residents team go above and beyond, they’re always friendly and will offer you a nice smile. One in particular has made our time here so much better, Janet. She’s a lovely person who not only truly hears you but also tries to help you as much as she can. I’m looking forward to spend more time here and keep living this amazing experience.

We really enjoy living at Repton Gardens. The flats and amenities make it such a great place to call home. On top of that, Janet at the reception is the mvp! She’s always in such a good mood and so helpful whenever we need anything. Anytime we’ve had an issue she goes above and beyond to make sure it’s resolved quickly and smoothly. It makes such a difference having someone so kind and reliable here and we really appreciate everything she does x

The experience has been quite good, I have been living here for past 1.5 years and the team has been really helpful. Jonathan specifically has been very kind in helping me with my deed of variation. He made the process seamless and Ina timely manner. Overall, great place to live.

I have had such a positive experience living here for over 2 years. The building has everything you need to live comfortably, accessing most necessities within the building itself (or close proximity).
The residential team are always quick to respond to maintenance requests and always keep the building clean, safe and welcoming. One of the things I really appreciate is how they always greet everyone with warm "Good morning " or "Have a nice day ". It might seem like a small thing, but it really makes a big difference and adds a personal touch to everyday interactions.
All this truly create a great living environment.

Janet at the reception desk in Repton Gardens, Wembley, is an outstanding and genuinely lovely person. Anytime I’ve needed help, she’s gone above and beyond with a warm smile and a calm, professional attitude. Whether it’s tracking down a parcel, answering questions, or assisting with building services, she handles everything quickly and efficiently, always making you feel like a priority. Her attention to detail, kindness, and positive energy make a real difference to everyone who lives here. Janet brings a personal touch to the building that makes Repton Gardens feel more like a community.

We have lived in Repton Gardens for a year and the staff is amazing. Janet, Emmanuel, Jonathan and Steven are the Big 4!

I do want to say that Janet has really gone above and beyond for us and had a speedy resolution she found for our mattresses in the flat as well as finding maintenance to help us with our flickering lights. She always has a friendly smile too. We appreciate you so much.
