Great and friendly polite delivery…
Great and friendly polite delivery service, they provide great tracking systems to know exactly where they are! Highly recommended!
Worst ever company to do a shift for...
Worst ever company to do a shift for...
I helped them on the 12th of December 2025.
They have an app where it says when payment is due for the shifts you have done..
Mine was 7th of January, never came, then they postponed it until 22nd then i got in touch with them via email and we exchanged 19 times.
they kept delaying it, i went to their warehouse in person to escalate and chase my money
Not professional, they will mess you around, not organised when it comes to pay.
Steer away from them if you can...

Why there is no zero score?!?
They collected my parcel at 12 ( said the person who organised the delivery)
Received a sms at 4:25 they were going to delivery my parcel.
I’m wandering what they did for 4 hours with my parcel!!!
I should have received it by 13:30pm
What a scam!
efficient on time easy track

They don’t pay their couriers at all Im owed over 600£ and I know a friend that hasn’t been payed since 2024 and they pay only per delivery and if your late to a delivery they deduct it and don’t pay for breaks don’t waste your time applying for this company
Great company
Great company who deliver straight to your door. Have had a few companies send me items via Quiver, and it's so noticeable how polite their deliver drivers are, and that they actually bother to hand deliver items to you, rather than leaving randomly and untraceably in a building full of flats. Other courier companies should take note.
Customers and businesses, avoid like the plague
I ordered from Muji with next-day delivery on a Tuesday, and my order was delivered at 9pm on the Saturday of the same week, i.e. 4 days later.
The delivery window that Quiver give is 8am-8pm, and on each day this window remained open all day until 9pm, when it would change to 8am-8pm the following day. This made it impossible to make plans to be away from home, as I needed to receive this parcel urgently and had no option to, for example, change the delivery address to a parcel shop.
Quiver's customer service were slow to respond and at times completely unresponsive. When they did reply they were unhelpful, unapologetic and gave bland assurances - each day I contacted them they told me that the order would be delivered on the following day, which was untrue for two days in a row.
I advise any customers given Quiver as a delivery option to avoid like the plague - likewise for businesses, your parcels and customers are not in safe hands with this service, no matter how cheap they are or the promises they make on their website.
Judging by some of the other reviews on this website, it sounds like they are not paying couriers.
Do not rely on this service
Do not rely on this service. Delivery constantly delayed.
Wish there was an option for zero stars…
Wish there was an option for zero stars - shocking service, they come back with email responses but been waiting for nearly a week for my "next day delivery" - dont bother!
Do not use them, you WILL regret it
Do not use it, my SO had her package delayed for weeks due to lack of drivers when they make a representation for "next day delivery" at a premium price.
Then I tried it, believing it was a one off, but the joke was on me, I was supposed to have my package by 9 January 2026, still without it and receiving holding and useless responses from their customer care emails.
They are very proud of their misrepresentation of "Next Day Delivery", which in my view regardless of the terms stating there has been no guarantee given, is still a negligent misrepresentation. "Next Day" was not even a practicable timeframe provided with reasonable care or skill from the outset with their company's (in)ability demonstrated repeatedly.
I think in their heads next day means next week(s).
Absolutely useless service
I paid for next-day delivery almost a week ago, yet my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. Customer service has been unable to provide even a rough estimated delivery date, citing a lack of available couriers servicing the area — Central London, of all places.
It’s baffling that a company would continue to accept orders, particularly time-sensitive next-day deliveries, when it is clearly unable to fulfil them. This is misleading at best and extremely frustrating as a customer.
If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.
0/5 v bad
no same day or next day or even day after that delivery. shocking customer service
useless delivery company
useless delivery company. 'Next Day Delivery' arrived after 4 working days. customer support is extremely unprofessional. stay away.
Bad.
Bad. Unresponsive, delayed delivery, last minute changes to delivery dates, poor customer service, lack of accurate tracking information. Paid for next day delivery - three days later, still nothing. Avoid.
These people don’t pay their couriers
These people don’t pay their couriers, no wonder the service is so bad.. no one wants to work for nothing.
They deduct money for “breaks” and rely on googling the route, which doesn’t allow for road closures or issues with location.
No tracking devices or safety gear for the couriers.. against the law..
payment dates changed without warning.
Currently trying to get my son his money. Legal advice pending.
Will update here.
Next day delivery doesn't mean next…
Next day delivery doesn't mean next day. Twice in the last month I've ordered something that shipped next day through them and on the day it was supposed to arrive, they hadn't even put it into the tracking system. I can't understand why any business uses them, but I'll be using the slow shipping from this seller for now on as it's Royal Mail.
The delivery person was well mannered…
The delivery person was well mannered and sociable.
