I cannot recommend Ken Crawley highly enough. From the very start, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly attentive. I’ll admit I wasn’t always the quickest at getting back to him, but he was patient and consistent in following up with gentle reminders — never pushy, always helpful.

I had already received a quote from another provider, but when I mentioned my situation — spending long periods working abroad — Ken immediately flagged that their policy wouldn’t actually cover me unless I returned to Ireland for medical treatment. That was a dealbreaker for me, and it was only thanks to Ken’s frankness and thoroughness that I realised it.
