Very pleased with the fast delivery.!!! The hair is so soft and pretty.

I really love the kinky bulk hair. It is lightweight, ultra natural, matches my natural hair perfectly. Better than artificial braiding hair which is heavy, itchy, and doesn't age well. Qvr hair looks good and wears well over time. I am a fan having ordered multiple times already and wish I could give him more than five stars.

I was very excited to have the 5 packs of qvr human crochet hair installed. However after the first wash the hair was matting up and remained to be tangled every day along with matting up in multiple spots. The hair was also bleeding the color out on my shirts when I would wet it before putting product on it as well as after washing it. If this hair was colored it should not be bleeding on my shirts, unless you put a cellophane in it instead of real color. Nonetheless, this product did not measure up and I am extremely disappointed with it. I spent way too much money to end up having my stylist have to cut it out of my hair in order to remove it. I should be compensated. I cannot in good faith recommend using this hair again

I ordered the wrong hair, however, the hair that I received was of great quality. Unfortunately, I had to return it but had no issues returning it and the customer service team responded within 24 hours of my inquiry.

I buy hair from QVR every month. I do a new style in my daughters hair every month with this hair. I use afro kinky and my favorite crochet hair. The representatives are kind and they reply or address your concerns within 48 hours. Cant beat that when other brands barely reply. This is good reasonable hair and I love it!

Fast delivery and quality product

I have ordered from this company 2 times and both times I’ve never received my orders because of their shipping and their customer service is the worst it may as well be non-existent.

Pros:
- Human Connection through Customer Service
- Understanding of my request
- Fairly responsive wait times within 2 business days
- Product: Recommended amount is perfect for high density type 4 hair.
- Product: Good quality. For best reusabilty, clean while still installed in hair.

Need to Know:
- The Hair Behaves Just Like Natural Hair. It Will Tangle, Just Like Natural Hair.

Cons:
- Validation methods, sending pictures of products to return them + initial communications were difficult but able to adjust later on.
- Less Professional, felt like I was texting a Gen Alpha individual rather than a customer service representative.

Notes for Anyone Else:
- If you are planning to return a package just return it to sender. It is the same address you'll do if you reach out to customer service. Just return it and send the email later that same day.

I bought the Burmese feather crochet human hair and the quality is phenomenal. The service is also impeccable and shipping is fast. Thank you QVR! May God continually bless your company.

I never complain about my experiences because I know things happen, but this experience was terrible! I ordered my hair on January and never received any updates unless I emailed them. Also, I never received a shipping or tracking number that was accurate. It’s almost May and I still haven’t received my order so I requested a refund. Gave me the refund very quickly, but never seen the hair. Terrible customer service. I will never try to order from this company again! Customer service is everything to me because I am a hairdresser. Been one since December of 09 and I wanted to treat myself and get some good quality hair. I was looking forward to it so I am very disappointed. I hope they do better for other people. This hair is not cheap to be waiting for almost 3 months. Very ridiculous if you ask me.

I ordered the crochet hair it was very good quality hair.

This company is a rip off, they claim that they sent my hair, but I never received it. I brought it to their attention and they didn't want to resend it or give me my $ back. They wanted me to take 35 percent of the 250 that I sent them. I went thru too much with this company. I couldn't believe that they wanted me to take a loss like that. They used a delivery service that took the easy way and didn't bring my merchandise to my door like they suppose to, they claim they put it in a broken mailbox. I don't know what really happened, all I know I'm out of my $ and I don't have my 5 packs of hair. So, I'm telling you this to warn you of this company. Beware!! I will keep y'all posted.

I’ve been really impressed with the quality of this braiding hair. It’s soft, lightweight, and very easy to work with, which makes the entire braiding process smoother and faster. What stood out most is how natural it looks once installed. It blends well, holds its shape, and has a nice finish. It’s also comfortable to wear—no itching or heaviness, even after long periods.

Durability is another strong point. The hair holds up well over time with minimal frizz, and the braids stay neat much longer compared to other brands I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality option that delivers both on appearance and performance.

The hair is great !! It has minimal shedding. It keeps my real hair in twist moisturized and retains length to look like my real hair. I will be ordering more!!!!

The hair gets extremely matted, non reusable. Very poor quality hair, as if it’s not real human hair or you all source from not the “good” hair. I have a pretty good grade of hair & my hair never does anything close to what this hair does. It’s like straight synthetic hair. This was my first time buying from QVR and it will be my last, especially if I want quality hair that I can reuse. This hair is too expensive for a single use.

The quality of the hair is everything it’s worth buying and I will definitely be buying again.
