Rabona is delaying all of my withdrawals. My account is fully verified and this is literally just a tactic they use to hope players cancel their withdrawals and lose everything. I have been trying to withdraw a balance of around $3000 since Jan.18th 2025 and today's date is Feb.15th 2025. Spoke with chat numerous times and just receive the same answer of don't worry it's just taking a little longer than expected. They do eventually pay out withdrawals but their tactics are just dirty and uncalled for. I would recommend Bet 365 as the best betting site but I truly belive Rabona is the worst betting site available.

Where can I start. I have won some money totalling 7000 NZD and they do not reply to emails. Says my account is verified and I just wait and wait. Worst support ever.
There was a breach in one site and my email and pass got leaked so i wanted to change my e-mail and pass in Rabona. There's no such choice in the platform so i contacted live support. They told me that they will forward it to highers and that i will get an e-mail. The next day my account was closed from administration for security reasons. It was closed for 4 days and there was no e-mail or something from the support. Of course i started to worry because they locked me out of my account which had balance in. Today i tried to login again to check if anything changed and i saw that it was banned.
I contacted again the live support and they sent me a text that i have to send with email to Rabona's support to re-open my account. It was declined and since then i got no reply or anything.
So basically i wanted to protect my account and they ended up banning my account with my money in.

"We have escalated your re-enable request to the relevant team for review. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that your request has been denied due to an administration decision.
We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
