Insurance and Breakdown Cover
Efficient and competitive pricing. Useful to speak to an Operator. Unfortunately my husband's name still appears on the Breakdown Policy, even though I am the registered owner of the vehicle and also the Policy holder. I have mentioned this, and been advised that this has been rectified, but it hasn't. The Operator REFUSED to speak to me when I phoned about Breakdown cover, even though she said she had changed the name to mine.

It was and is a good experience with RAC insurance, they provided excellent cover for what I required for my car, have a good customer service if any problems occurring, along with the breakdown service they are providing are a great company to be with.

The price was really competitive & the features included were just what I needed. The online portal is very easy to navigate & I sorted my cover within a few minutes. I have not claimed on my car insurance for over 40 years, so I cannot comment on what the service would be like in the event of a claim. But I am pleased with the service so far.

Used Rac for the first time,the basic quote is good ,but everything is a extra,i put all details in about 2 claims from 4 years ago,the same as i have with each insurer for the lat 4 years & RAC found a reason to charge £97 extra, extremely difficult to sort out as on line only,beware they are looking for extras!
