Wow..what can I say..Bob and Aaron are incredible! Aside from selling quality products at a respectable price, their customer service is what really sets them apart. I don't think I have ever come across a company that cares about their customers more than Bob and Aaron. When my motion platform was being built they kept me up to date practically every other day...without me having to ask. Even when we experienced some unexpected delays, through no fault of their own, they made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect. Bob was more upset about the delays than I was! But thats the type of business that they run...they care about their customers and they care about the quality of the products they sell. I can't thank the guys enough for what they have done for me...above and beyond all expectations!

Great pedal set really improved my times built like a tank and really quick and easy to make adjustments. Really easy order process quick delivery and kept me informed every step of the way really well packaged the only criticism is no info in the instructions how to change the Excelerator spring but it’s simple to do would definitely recommend race at home great service let’s hope if I need any help in the future they will be just as good 👍🏻

Bought a set of Scorpian Actuators for my simrig from the guys at race@home. Customer service has been exceptional. The guys have gone above and beyond on more then one occasion helping me solve little niggles and giving me further ideas for improvements. I will 100% be using them again.

I purchased a set of Meca Cup1 pedals from Race At Home recently. Bob was super quick to reply to my emails and answer my questions, and helped facilitate speedy shipping to me in Canada. Ordered on Tuesday, arrived at my door in Canada on Friday.

The Meca Cup1 pedals are amazing. The engineering, build quality and feel under the feet are just fantastic, highly recommended.

I ordered an 8kx with the upgraded fibre cable from Race at Home and it arrived in a couple of days.

There was a problem that only happened with the upgraded cable (sparkling effect on any black screen). I contacted Pimax and their customer support were responsive, but they were only too happy to waste my time with frivolous asks. I gave up when I realised they were expecting me to send a defective cable back to China so they could review it before deciding if they wanted to help me.

I emailed Race at Home and a new cable arrived Next Day. Problem solved.

I've had quite a few HMDs and I really like Pimax's kit, but I would never buy direct from Pimax when I could use a local company like Race at Home.

Tried to buy a VR headset from Valve and had eventually cancelled the order due to them still not shipping the product after 5 months. I then tried Pimax and was told 10 days for delivery, after 13 days they contacted me and attempted to have me pay over £150 extra in fees before they dispatched it.

I was recommended these guys on Reddit, bought a headset from them and it was delivered the next day with no extra fees. Great service and I can't recommend them enough!

I purchased the Meca cup 1s from this company after being told that they are the official UK reseller.
The service was excellent and the pedals turned up the next day, superfast delivery, Also I was told that when the upgrade kit was released for these pedals this would be sent for free.
I did not chase them up for this, then out of the blue two weeks later I got a package through the post.
You could not ask for better service and my experience is 5 stars all the way.

WOW. What an amazing company this is, truly. Originally bought the Meca cup 1 a few weeks back from RaceAtHome which am very pleased with, since then the manufacturer Meca Sim Hardware released an updated throttle spring kit they are selling for $15, shipping from the Czech Republic. To my surprise I received an anonymous package with the updated throttle spring kit a couple of days ago free of charge from RaceAtHome. These guys really went above and beyond. So happy right now, thank you.

Excellent experience ordering from Race At Home.
I ordered the two pedal set of Meca Cup 1 sim racing pedals which where delivered the next working day after payment was made. They arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
Would highly recommend giving them a try.

I'm after buying the clutch pedal but I can't seem to see it on there Webstore.
