Completely ruined our sons 18th birthday, we were unable to return via Amazon as only option given was to post. Contacted company direct - await a response. Disgusted.

Thank you for your review, we have investigated and found the damage occurred after the carrier returned the product to their warehouse after recording a failed delivery when they couldn’t find your address. It seems the packaging was damaged, and items moved around in the box during these movements. In this case the carrier should have requested a new item before delivery. We apologise that the table arrived in this condition and have reached out to you via Amazon to discuss how we can rectify this and we have arranged for a replacement table to be delivered to you and the damaged product collected ASAP. Packaging is very poor.
The table arrived in a cardboard box. 110 kg of loose components in a cardboard box is asking for trouble.
One of the table tops arrived with a serious dent to the side rigid metal frame. And another component was damaged (rivet sheared off), presumably in the same traumatic impact event.
Replacements came after 3 weeks.
Really, the packaging needs a rethink.
