The engineer attended and quickly fix the car.
The only concern is the window time that they said they will attend in the morning and I took off from work, but they attended afternoon.

I called RAC shop when purchasing the Road Hero space saver wheel kit to check it was the right one for my vehicle as some retailers websites didn't make this clear. They were very helpful and it arrived within 2 days. Great service.

The engineer phoned before arriving only slightly later than expected. He tested the battery, alternator and starter motor, confirming the battery was defective. After fitting the new battery he tested it again to confirm all ok. Engineer was excellent, very happy with service, would definitely recommend.

I needed a replacement battery after the old one had given up the ghost after ten years. I submitted my details online and chose a 2pm to 5pm slot for the patrol to come to my house and put in the new battery. No one turned up which wasn't an issue for me as I was at home and didn't need the car. A girl rang me around 9 that evening to ask if the patrol had turned up. She was apologetic when she found out it hadn't and rearranged it to be fitted tomorrow morning. This was indeed what happened and the patrolman was very polite and professional. All in all a good experience but it might have been different if I needed the car the day the patrol person didn't turn up.

This is a good product and I purchased it to replace an old and outdated "other" breakdown package but the tracking of the parcel was annoying and not very efficient

Very impressed with the RAC battery fitting service. Car battery finally failed after a few weeks of struggling to start our VW Tiguan. Ordered at 8:30 in the evening on the Wednesday and fitted at 12 noon the following day. Living in a remote area I expected to find that the service wouldn't be available unless you lived in a larger town or city. Communication was great throughout and RAC patrolman was professional and helpful in making sure the battery was synced with the car and all warning lights were checked and cleared. The price of the battery was on a par with most online retailers and without the hassle of having to fit it yourself - not straight forward on new cars! Highly recommended.

The ordering process was okay, however I discovered afterwards that there was a discount if you had purchased breakdown coverage. Despite asking twice, they refused to apply the discount to my order. To me it was just a matter of making a small refund on my card.

I have a trip across Europe looming and this was the perfect kit for multiple countries and requirements... It is packed already and just hoping I don't need it :)

The kit is okay, but the gloves are too small. Please supply with larger gloves in future. The gloves are only made for women not men.

Ordered and paid for a £600+ dash cam and installation. Chose a date, all well and good. Then received an email a week later to say that the installation couldn't take place in a few days because their subcontractor was on holiday for a month. I called to ask if any other installer was available, however there wasn't one. So one person covers multiple counties, and if they're on holiday you're stuffed. Cancelled the order, was told that MY money would be refunded in 6 working days. So far I've received no notification of this.

Do not order from this company they take your money and don't fulfill the order ! All customer service say is it's left them so they don't no anything! Been 10 days now nothing!

Got my car battery replaced within a few hours of order. Very efficient process. Huge plus for RAC's team fairness in refunding partial amount of the battery paid since the battery I ordered wasn't available and they replaced it with lower price. Great one , definitely will stick around as a loyal customer.

After experiencing the dreaded 'car not starting' on a bank holiday weekend. I purchased a battery through RAC's online store, and for a little more than what p&p would have cost I had it delivered, and fitted next day by a professional. Also plugged the car in to check for diagnostic faults, which most garages would charge upwards of 50pound extra. Can't fault it!
