The store confirmed the purchase then cancelled the deal
The store confirmed the purchase and accepted my payment. Sent me an invoice. The store then cancelled the deal without explanation. To the question I asked about the reason for the cancellation - the answer was false and vague - it was written that something there does not correspond to the company's policy and that the money came from another state (from Ukraine). I think that the store offered a product that was not available and for which it did not control the price. The store's offer was probably cheaper than the supplier's offer, so they didn't find anything better than to cancel the deal so as not to lose money. As a result, I lost money on double conversion, because they returned the money not as a refund, but as a replenishment of my card... After that, the store raised the price of the goods, which confirmed my guesses.

As explained previously via email we are only licensed to sell certain products in certain regions.
Also there was a high risk of fraud on our system as the billing address was 1402km from your purchase location.
We are sorry you lost out on the conversion from your local currency to GBP. We refunded exactly the same amount straight away. If you would have placed the order using the country you are in the order would have not gone through the system and the issue would have not occurred.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused and I hope you manage to source the product you are after from the correct region.

A company that runs the extra mile!
I bought a blank codeplug online and had a problem opening it.
When I send mail to ask for help I did not expect a quick response because it was in the evening.
I was very surprised when Scott almost immediately reacted and helped me solve the problem. I even received a code to buy extra software much cheaper. Very good experience. Will come back when I need more materials.

Scott made contact with me following this review, and refunded for the codeplugs.
For that, I am going to change the 1 star to a 3 star for making it right. Just a shame the goods weren’t as expected, and it was so hard to make contact to resolve
Really not great!
I was hoping not to have to leave this review, but after finding absolutely no communication with the seller, I am hoping this may encourage them to help right the issue.
I downloaded the blank codeplug package from the website. It was stated that it contained all (50) codeplugs in the drop down menu. This was not a small purchase.
What was received was 35 codeplugs, that are part of the Mototrbo CPS samples. None of the 35 were the one I needed. Had I known the listed codeplugs were simply the standard CPS samples, I wouldn’t have wasted £110!
I would love to amend this review, as I would hate to bring down a small business, but I haven’t received any customer service on this matter. The emails are not replied to, and phone not answered.

There has clearly been some communications issue here as we have reached out via email, phone and through PayPal with no response after your first purchase. In which you raised a paypal dispute but with no details on the claim.
We refunded the first dispute straight away. Then you placed a 2nd and 3rd order and did the same again after receiving the items.
Despite constant efforts to assist, we can't help if we do not know what the problem is. This review has highlighted your issues and concerns.

the file is for v16. although cps 2.0 should open this .ctb file, it would not.

Trevor thank you for the review I appreciate the time taken and fully understand your frustration. I have refunded you in full and solution to your problem below and it was also on the page for the product your purchased at the bottom. The office was simply closed last week.
As for a solution to your problem your CPS is one of the original CPS 2 versions and out of date.
I would personally suggest upgrading your CPS then it should work. Worst case you may need some drivers from cps 16 pending your current set up

Common Faults and issues
The mode common fault we receive is this archive cannot be opened and what we discover it the customer is using an old version of CPS 2.0. Please check you version. To date 9 version have been released and the previous versions are tempramental and have issues hence why there is always a new version released to rectify any faults. For the latest version Motorola CPS 2.0

Very helpful information on product (CPS software) page regarding CPS version required for particular radio firmware versions... definately a bit of a minefield for the uninitiated/uninformed, such as myself... even as a licensed radio amateur with a decent amount of experience.
