I had all sorts of problems with a dashcam I got from Radius and I set about sending at back as unfit for purpose, at which point I was threatened with an exorbitant cancellation fee, which I would have fought. Then Nicolas Cerlinsky from Radius became involved and resolved the issues by persistently staying on top of it until he got results. It took a lot of his time, and a lot of my time, but we got there eventually. Nicolas is great, but I will not be using Radius any more, once my contract with them is over. They went from overselling to threatening in an instant, and I won't forget that

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I was repeatedly contacted regarding payments, yet at no point was I informed that £80 “Account Review Fees” were being added to my account. The only reason I discovered these charges was because my balance became much higher than expected, which made me check my invoices in detail.
To my surprise, I found multiple £80 charges that had never been properly brought to my attention. If your team is calling customers about payments, why are these fees not clearly explained during those conversations?
Transparency is extremely important when dealing with customers. Being charged £240 in fees without clear communication is unacceptable.
I have now requested a full explanation and refund of these charges. I would advise other customers to carefully review their invoices and account statements to ensure they are aware of all fees being applied.
