Complete Waste of Time
The company claimed that they did not receive either of the TWO radon tests I sent them via their mailers. This essentially wasted 90 days of testing. Getting in touch with the company is extremely difficult: they rarely answer the phone, and when they do they offer no help whatsoever.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received your radon detectors. While shipping delays can occasionally occur, we understand how frustrating this situation can be.
As you may know, delivery times can vary, and in some cases it may take up to two weeks for a package to arrive. If it has been longer than that, it is possible that the shipment has been lost in transit.
If that turns out to be the case, we are happy to help by providing replacement detectors at no cost. However, since this order was placed through Kansas State University (KSU), and we operate as the laboratory, we recommend reaching out to them directly to request a new test kit.
We will do our best to support a solution that works for you, and we completely understand how disappointing it is to miss out on a 90-day test.
Please keep us updated on the conversation with KSU and we will help you make the retest.

I requested the coc be attached or in the least my company's project number so I can easily track which project this is for, but haven't gotten a response in three days now. This is not my project and I want to forward the results to the appropriate PM in a timely manner. Attaching the coc or referencing the Pinchin project number in these results would be a huge help for us.

Well-thought-out testing experience.
I received the detector promptly and found the clearly-written instruction describing the procedure in a straightforward manner. The envelope for returning the detector was included, as was the postage-free shipping label with a tracking number. On top of all this, the report was emailed to me promptly, along with suggestions for mitigating my radon levels. A great testing experience!

If I'm correct you are the lab that processed the Radon test units for the Tomorrow Project (This survey or your email do not specify this but should).
There is little to no contact with the lab other than mailing the test block back to the lab. Did so and received the test results (I think) a couple of weeks later. Essentially, the report provided a number that (in my case) well below the 'Action Required' number of 200. Case closed.
