Amazing customer service
Everweb has saved my website which was no longer supported by iweb. Throughout the period when I had to rebuild my website from scratch, Everweb support team has kindly guided me through. The iWeb conversion looks great!
The iWeb conversion you did for me looks great. By proofing the conversion, trying things with the software and asking questions of you, I learned a lot about how EverWeb works. Having you do the conversion from iWeb was much more efficient than trying to do it myself while also trying to learn EverWeb. Now that I have my iWeb site in EverWeb, I can easily see where you plugged in the various text and images, giving me a basis for further learning and exploring the software while revising my website as needed. Thank you so much for all your help including the clear and thorough answers to my questions. Your expeditious and professional service, patients and personableness made it a real pleasure to work with you.

Its usually the case that I am moaning about something because it either goes wrong or it doesn’t work. That was the case with iWeb and iMovies as Apple leave a trail of debris by not bothering to update/maintain their programs. Perhaps more interested in selling iPhones and Macs.
So it was with interest that I happened on the EverWeb program ‘RAGE Software - Macintosh Web Development Tools’ which purports to take iWeb to another level – and it does! I have now designed 5 websites with it. Obviously not without problems, but to be fair, there 24/7 support has been exceptional.
I had cause recently to have to move Serves due to a sudden termination of services and happened to mention this to EverWeb support AFTER re-subscribing to the EverWeb program for updates. The reply was simple. “Why don’t you try us?”. And with trepidation I did. Not only that but it will save me money!
Its not easy for the novice to manoeuvre around the complexities of web hosting etc. but I was forced into it at short notice. The biggest problem was DNS pointing – no thanks to another company - but after that I relied on the EverWeb support to get me back on track because I inevitably screwed things up. And so I am deliriously happy to have all the websites back up and running. Thank you EverWeb!
