Great product and great CS

So from ordering the items on a Friday they arrived Saturday and emailed Steph Monday of the issue and a replacement arrived Tuesday. I alway judge great service when things go wrong and how they recover. They were first class and the products were very good, great work Railblazer and Steph

COMMUNICATION .. No conformation email sent once I paid…
No conformation email recieved once I paid for the order .. so no tracking nor any communication from the company.. than email sent again …no out of office notification or any reply.. find it frustrating with a company like railblaza to afford such lack of communication ..pretty amateurish!!

Hummingbird 798 sonar mount
Excellent web site showed me what I needed.currently using the sonar mount on my hummingbird 798 carp fishing in France. Takes the weight no problem and packs down really small leave the vertical mount on the boat transom so no more clamps v.pleased
