I booked Eurostar reservations for 2 interrail passes. Once I found the right page it was very straightforward. Finding the right page to start the process was tricky. A direct link from the home page would have been very helpful.

I loved to have a europe-wide train booking portal. I was especially pleased by the journey information, noting special conditions when changing stations in larger cities (like "please only choose this if you feel confident navigating Madrid"). This really helps in picturing the travel plan.
Riding TGV was as awesome as usual.
Unfortunately, not having an account didn't connect my ticket 2 weeks after I had booked it on the day of travel. I'd have loved to receive live updates regarding my journey. In the end, this cost me 2 hours at Gare du Lyon station because I didn't get an upfront notification. I will still make an account now because I appreciate the offer.

If there is no seat reservation option on a train it should be called out and we should not allow to select the option to reserve seats for any additional cost

When my direct train from Copenhagen to Hamburg was cancelled, my only alternative was to take 4 different trains! To cancel, I was told to go directly to train company website, which was in German. I had to purchase new tickets by a different train company. Their customer service sucks.

Staff were very accommodating when I brought my large bike bag on board. I do recommend if there are certain parts of the train (coaches, seats, etc.) that suit a customer with a bicycle bag then please add these recommendations to the web page that talks about bringing a bicycle on board. This will ensure customers buys the correct ticket for the right coach. Thank you.

This is my first time venturing on this journey with Interrail. The setup was quite easy from the website to the App, Rail Planner.
I haven't planned my route yet but will get back to doing it since my trip is a month away. 😊👍🙏🏾

It was very easy to follow steps and book tickets for a family with options to choose for a family and allowing opportunities to select seats and floor. Also it was great and cost effective to book multiple bookings with one reservation/admin fee!
