Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Has to be a better process to change tkts rather than emailing back and forth.

You need a customer service telephone number to speak with a real person or same for chat session.

Booking Eurostar reservations straightforward once I had found the right page.

I booked Eurostar reservations for 2 interrail passes. Once I found the right page it was very straightforward. Finding the right page to start the process was tricky. A direct link from the home page would have been very helpful.

thoughtful planning that requires an account

I loved to have a europe-wide train booking portal. I was especially pleased by the journey information, noting special conditions when changing stations in larger cities (like "please only choose this if you feel confident navigating Madrid"). This really helps in picturing the travel plan.
Riding TGV was as awesome as usual.
Unfortunately, not having an account didn't connect my ticket 2 weeks after I had booked it on the day of travel. I'd have loved to receive live updates regarding my journey. In the end, this cost me 2 hours at Gare du Lyon station because I didn't get an upfront notification. I will still make an account now because I appreciate the offer.

If there is no seat reservation option…

If there is no seat reservation option on a train it should be called out and we should not allow to select the option to reserve seats for any additional cost

For your Lausanne to Domodossola journey with SBB train, the ticket is issued as a day-valid ticket, which means it is valid for travel on any eligible train within the specified date (until 05:00 a.m. the following day, as per the fare conditions). Because of this flexibility, the ticket does not include a specific train number or seat number.

This type of ticket allows you to board any available train on the route during the validity period and take any free seat onboard, as seat reservations are not required.

When my direct train from Copenhagen to…

When my direct train from Copenhagen to Hamburg was cancelled, my only alternative was to take 4 different trains! To cancel, I was told to go directly to train company website, which was in German. I had to purchase new tickets by a different train company. Their customer service sucks.

For changes or cancellations, passengers are generally directed to the original train operator’s website, as they handle ticket conditions and rebooking policies directly. As your originally booked train was canceled, and you had to purchase new train tickets, you can contact our customer support team with the train cancellation proof and alternate travel proof - for help with refund towards the canceled train trip that you booked through us. Staff were understanding and helpful

Staff were very accommodating when I brought my large bike bag on board. I do recommend if there are certain parts of the train (coaches, seats, etc.) that suit a customer with a bicycle bag then please add these recommendations to the web page that talks about bringing a bicycle on board. This will ensure customers buys the correct ticket for the right coach. Thank you.

For your Paris - Bayonne TGV journey, each passenger is normally issued an individual ticket in the booking. These are all included within the same confirmation email and can also be accessed separately in your booking.

If you only received or viewed one PDF, it may be related to how the file was opened or downloaded, but the individual tickets should still be available in your confirmation email and online booking.
