It was very easy to follow steps and book tickets for a family with options to choose for a family and allowing opportunities to select seats and floor. Also it was great and cost effective to book multiple bookings with one reservation/admin fee!

We recently booked for one way travel in September from Paris to Toulouse a ten on to Barcelona via Narbonne two days later. In general the online reservation services was efficient but there were a couple of confusing or frustrating issues: 1. for the Toulouse to Narbonne segment I had to book for each of us separately. 2. We elected to print our tickets at home mainly for backup purposes; only after booking was completed were we told that digital tickets on our mobile devices would not be accepted at the stations

Overall it was a great experience. However the system doesn’t allow for different options between the trains. As such, I had to book each route separately to allow us time to find the next train in an unfamiliar train station. Also, there was no option to have the train tickets saved to my iPhone Wallet rather than to print them out.

I enjoyed using this app. I bought four tickets. I added them to my cart, but the time allowed for checkout was too short. I had to review the itineraries, and by the time I finished, my selections had already been cancelled.

Good rates. User friendly interface to book a round trip. But didn’t get better choice of seats on one of the trains - Frecciarossa. If layouts are different between the italian train and tgv, there should have been a better way to select seats.
