Great costumer service. The package had some hick-ups because of mail strikes but they promptly sent out the same product again which arrived in two days

Their Rapid Antigen Test mailing/emailing service is excellent. I placed my order well in advance, and two days later, I got the box. I took the test on the day of my trip and strictly adhered to the online instructions. Within an hour of the test submission, my certificate of a negative result was in my mailbox. I got super fast results here.This was not at all difficult for me. Both times I've utilised this service so far, the turnaround has been extremely speedy. Thank you.

Scam company at worst, appauling disregard for customer service at best. They did not ever email me my the test results and I have spent 7 months so far chasing this up to try to get a refund. After promising 5 months ago to investigate what had happened and escalate my case they stopped replying to any of my mails. Absolutely appauling customer service do NOT use this service. I´m shocked that this was recommended on the Government Website.

Similar experience to others - results never received and customer service useless. Wonder how they are allowed a government licence to operate as it's pretty much just scamming people out of money for a quick profit.

This is by far the easiest way to do any testing when going abroad, coming home from abroad or just having a verified Covid 19 Antigen test. You can test at home, photograph the results and upload them for verification. I have found all of their staff very helpful and in particular, when I had a typo problem on the certificate (probably my error), Chethan sorted it out for me within minutes. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy.

I have just been awarded a judgment in default against Rainbow Labs, who now have a CCJ against them as they have ignored all claims, emails, and letters.

Next step the bailiffs.

They processed my day 2 test on Day 18, making it useless, and ignored my refund requests.

I’d purchased Day 2 tests back in January but was unable to travel so they were unused. In April I needed an antigen test to enter another country so I contacted Rainbow labs to ask if I could use the Day 2 test, which they agreed. I had also lost the locator references which they rapidly emailed to me including receipts. Customer service is outstanding, no more than 5 minutes for an email response from them. I’d used a few other testing companies before but Rainbow has been by far the best.

I have used Rainbow Labs in many occasions for COVID-19 tests and I had no issues at all.
Today I contacted Support for first time as I was afraid I made a mistake during the online registration and sample and I got a very diligent and quick answer from one of the agents, Virini.

We ordered two tests together and only realised at the last minute that we needed two separate reference numbers to submit with our tests. Thankfully Varini helped us by sending us an additional reference number and so saved the day. Thank you so much for this. We await our certificates but all seem good so far.
