Good luck getting a reply. Clearly, there doesn’t seem to be anyone actively handling customer support. I flagged an issue where it isn’t even possible to update your address, which feels like a significant security concern. Yet getting a response, or even having someone properly look into it, appears impossible.
**In reply to the response below: This does not work, and something I have been trying to get someone from Customer Service to look into for months but still waiting for a response. When you attach a PDF bank statement to an email you receive an error message.
Raisin your customer support is poor as are your computer systems.

Raisin is an easy platform to use and offers some great deals.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last Friday I spent 90 minutes on the phone and gave up. Today I got through after 58 minutes. I wanted them to reset my password but couldn’t as I’ve changed my phone number. The ‘customer services assistant’. Then proceeds to tell me that I have to pay a nominal £1 from my registered bank account to the Raisin account before they can reset. He was banging on about what browser I was using etc. I wanted to reset my password so that I can invest 100k. Well guess what Raisin I’ve had enough. I will also be closing my wife’s account that has substantial funds in at the earliest opportunity.
Avoid Raisin like the plague!

Gareth was friendly and patient. I am an older customer who finds technology difficult. He guided me through everything very well.
Best of all, your company shows you value your customers by answering the phone promptly and not making customers wait for ages! (I always do a phone test first - if they don't answer in a reasonable time - they don't get my money!!)
Forgot to say - they don't use Artificial Imbeciles so my blood pressure stays down!!

I was puzzled as to why I couldn't put a certain amount of money into a new Bank account. I rang Raisin and she immediately explained the reason. I have always found them knowledgable and helpful.

Very easy to set up our account and to select a savings plan.

I thought I had been scammed. No reply to emails and useless phone conversation about the Senior Customer Service Team not acting on offering a solution. To add Insults they offered me £25 in compensation after the Financial Ombudsman had to step in to recover my money (£30k).
The money was needed and I had to wait for nearly 2 months before getting my money back. Legal action to recover your money may cost you a third of your savings. Basically Raisin put you between a rock and a hard place to try to deal with their incompetence. There is also a fake cloned website called Raisin, so be very careful with your money.
They use Clear bank which has only 1.9 star on Trustpilot. You can check it for yourself.

It is a very easy platform to use. I have on occasion had to contact customer services, I have found them very helpful. I think I have been using Raisin for around 2 years now, but have invested with other simular platforms in the past, Raisin in my opinion is the most user friendly, and would recommend it to friends and family.

I have had a number of Fixed term accounts and Easy access accounts with Raisin for years.
I recently closed one Easy access account and withdrew £3500.00 from another Easy access account and also had a 3 year fixed term account mature, all around the same date. However, the amount of cash available for me to withdraw was short £1802.47
I have emailed several times and had no response in more than a week
I have tried phoning several times, but have been on hold forever
The app has no option for sending secure messages, only a general "help" email address that hasn't been replied to, despite several emails from me.

The reply I eventually received from Raisin does explain the discrepancy regarding my query about £1802.47 and the misunderstanding was mine
The payments are accurate

Been trying to change my Nominated Bank Account (required to withdraw funds) for the past week. Three attempts to change online have been futile -- their website will not recognise the sort code, despite this belonging to one of the big 4 UK banks. Therefore been communicating via secure message and phone calls, to get the necessary change implemented. Secure messages are generally ignored. Information provided in phone calls has been wrong. Problem has been passed from one department to another. Raisin now insists that the change cannot be made until I provide a copy of a bank statement (for a new bank account that has only been open for a day or two??) when I already provided a copy of a letter containing all the information Raisin required; besides, my bank statement is none of Raisin's business. Shocking level of customer service. I've been a customer for many years with a mixture of fixed term bonds and easy access savings. At the earliest opportunity, I'll be withdrawing every penny and saving with a different provider as Raisin has totally lost my trust.

Raisin my expectations
I was originally causes of on line only banking platforms, I’m more use to high street banks.
But I must admit the process from start to finish is easy, fully informed all the way through.

After an understandably long wait on the phone the gentleman to whom I spoke was most helpful, patient and guided me through how to close an account then transfer the money to my bank account. He was very clear in his instructions and spoke very clearly. A very professional process. Thank you.

Really useful savings platform with an excellent range of options from different banks for easy access or fixed term savings bonds and accounts, straight forward and easy to use.

Watch them! Raisin is not a bank ,they hold your money until you decide where you want to get the best interest, and when you want to withdraw your funds, you have to chase them on the phone as their website is not very clear on how you get your money back to your own nominated account.Fortunately one of their staff was very helpful.Unfortunately I lost two days interest. Scam?

Ashley was very friendly and human too. Able to resolve my questions completely. Only downside was the time waiting for the call to be answered. Promised 5 minutes took 12.

After the frustrations of trying to make online alterations it was most refreshing to speak with Ashley who organised everything for us

Found the system quite clunky and some things are quite tedious to do. For example if you want to switch banks you have extract the money, and you can’t take it all out unless you force a close on the account, then await, then you have to post it to the new account. It’s also difficult to find transaction reports and there are large number of communications that you get which are not always that useful.
