Did Not Receive What I Ordered . . .
I like the customer service that Rally Towels provides, but both times I've ordered from them I DID NOT receive the number of towels I ordered. It has always been less and nothing was done to fix the issue. My experience was pleasant until both times I didn't get the number of towels I ordered. I have not ordered since.
